Emotional Governance:Research On The Communication And Interaction Mechanism Between The Work Team In Village And The Masses

In this paper,W Town in western Hubei is selected as the survey site,and the resident cadres and the masses are taken as the survey objects.Through the methods of participatory observation,in-depth interview and case study,the resident cadres of J village are investigated on the emotional governance of the masses.In this study,under the situation of lack of trust and indifferent relationship,how is the emotional communication of village cadres carried out in the process of poverty alleviation? Can the resident village cadres form emotional governance in the rural field through communication and interaction mechanism,so as to realize the emotional benefits of the rural field governance?The main body of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part introduces the general situation of the work team stationed in villages entering the rural society,points out the identity characteristics of the role played by the village cadres,the consciousness of the village assistance system and the emotional component embedded in the social relationship network of acquaintances,as well as the emotional conflict of the rural masses,the lack of trust in the village cadres,and the selective avoidance and explanation.Clarify the micro functional elements between the village cadres and the masses to provide an opportunity for the arousal of emotional governance.The second part mainly introduces the work of poverty alleviation carried out by the team in the village.It establishes a long-term emotional communication mode through in-depth visits and condolences,and forms emotional resonance through tree models and ritualized interaction techniques.The attitude of the masses towards the village cadres has changed and they gradually participate in the poverty alleviation work to jointly deal with the poverty problem,so as to study the effect of emotional interaction and communication on the poverty alleviation work.The third part mainly analyzes the benefits of emotional governance,introduces the village cadres to lead the masses to get rid of poverty,give play to the masses’ subjectivity and enthusiasm,and further deepen the political identity of the country and political parties.In rural society,"strong emotional relationship" is formed,and exogenous organizations are closely linked with endogenous forces.The use of emotion has achieved results in rural governance and promoted the construction of a new emotional order.It is found that,on the one hand,in the micro field,the multi-functional elements with needs and sympathy as the core are the basis of emotional interaction and communication between village cadres and the masses.The material needs,belonging needs,interest needs,moral needs for the survival and development of the masses,as well as the sympathies of the village cadres transcend class and space,placing the subject in a specific plot and producing practice through emotional experience,providing a possibility for the choice of emotional arousal and emotional governance.On the other hand,in the social structure,the emotion of the village workers is the intermediary mechanism connecting national emotion and individual emotion.The helping structure is the direction of emotional function,the frequency and technology of interactive communication promote the emotional integration of both sides,the specific language and characters and other symbols carry the emotional sustence of both sides,and the communication and interaction mechanism of the team in the village provides a specific path for emotional governance.In addition,the institutional consciousness and political culture system in the macro structure are the guarantee to promote the standardization,institutionalization and socialization of emotional governance.In the above three structural dimensions,the interactive communication based on needs and sympathy is nested in the social organization structure,and in the institutional system and the national system.Under the joint action,the emotional defense mechanism of the masses is broken,the emotional identity of individuals and groups is formed,the relationship between the two interaction parties is changed,and the targeted poverty alleviation is promoted through emotional governance.In rural governance,emotional elements are integrated to stimulate the emotional energy of both sides,construct the emotional order of rural society,and maintain the benefits of emotional governance.
