After the unique resources of rural society were excavated and developed,a large amount of capital entered the countryside, which not only stimulated the vitality of agricultural and rural development, but also brought many problems to the villages, which brought challenges to the capital that wanted to settle in the villages later, but also made the villages that wanted to accept the help of foreign capital hesitate, resulting in the phenomenon that the capital could not enter and the village development was difficult. How to solve this dilemma, the practice of returning forest and planting melon in F village gives the method and path to solve the difficult problem. The key to the success of village F lies in the construction of embedding mechanism, interest linkage mechanism and the goal of promoting development together between capital and village. In the process of capital embedding into village governance,it mainly shows the direct interaction between village enterprises, through resource embedding(providing jobs, financial and technical support that villages are short of),relationship embedding(Urge the urgency of the village, solve the difficulties of the villagers, enhance trust with the villagers, and construct local social interaction by adopting the handling mode of kinship and mutual benefit),cognitive embedding. The three dimensions establish a good social relationship network with the village, weaken or eliminate the externality of capital, strengthen the foundation of cooperation between capital and village.Such embedded mechanism makes the relationship between capital and village both independent and cooperative, and forms the village. The good operation of capital and the friendly interaction situation of capital helping village governance. On the one hand, the closer the interest connection of each subject in the capital going to the countryside, the more firmly the capital will be embedded.Through the protection of substantial interests, promote the active participation and communication of all parties, save communication cost and transaction cost, meet the effective combination of production factors required by capital and livelihood rationality required by villages, stabilize the relationship between both parties, and create a harmonious village-enterprise joint management environment. On the other hand, the interest linkage mechanism provides each subject with the motive force and space of governance, enhances the consciousness of community, strengthens the joint anti-risk ability and anti-pressure ability of each subject and strengthens the trust degree of cooperation. In addition, under the promotion of national policies, capital has opened up investment channels for capital to go to the countryside, released capital from the traditional fields of secondary and tertiary industries, transferred the surplus capital and value of capital to rural society, improved the return on investment of enterprises, and made capital operate well.At the same time,it also brings a new turning point to the village development, changes the villagers ’traditional concept of agriculture, introduces advanced agricultural management technology, promotes the modern large-scale production in rural areas, reforms the traditional governance mode of villages, forms the governance mode of combination of soft and hard and benefit induction, encourages villagers to actively participate in village governance activities and improves the governance ability of villages.Under the circumstances of coexistence, the common development of capital and village seems precious. The path of capital embedded in village governance explored by village F not only avoids the old road of capital sweeping the village, but also ensures that all parties can make full use of their own resources to the maximum effect.
