Research On The Interactive Communication Between The Government And The Public In The Short Videos Of Government Affairs From The Perspective Of Cooperative Governance

As an important means to accelerate the transformation of government functions and build a service-oriented government,the new government media is an important way to explore new modes of social governance and improve social governance capabilities.With the development of the short video industry,Douyin short videos of government affairs have become an effective way for government departments to promote policies and regulations,communicate with audiences and interact with each other,as well as an important means to innovate social governance models and improve social governance capabilities.This paper adopts the research methods of content analysis and case analysis,and takes the theoretical model of collaborative governance as the overall research context,the five fire-fighting government Douyin accounts of China Fire Protection,Shanxi Fire Protection,Tianjin Fire Protection,Hunan Fire Protection and Jiangxi Fire Protection are taken as the research objects to study the interactive communication between the government and the people in the short video of government affairs.This research focuses on the demand factors for the interactive behavior of the government and the people in the short video of government affairs,the specific performance of the interactive communication between the government and the people,and the synergistic governance effect.According to the analysis of specific cases,the laws and characteristics of the new communication mode of government affairs short videos in the construction of the social governance system are explored,and combined with the practice of fire-fighting government affairs short videos in social governance,the final study concluded that social emotions are more cohesive and group consciousness is stronger in the interaction between the government and the public.The people are more actively involved in the interaction with the government,in order to realize the value of their participation in social governance,so as to achieve the effect of collaborative governance between the two parties,and provide reference for strengthening and innovating social governance.
