A Realistic Examination Of The Integration Of Labor Spirit Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities And The Implementation Path

The spirit of labor is rooted in the practice of labor,and the excellent Chinese traditional culture provides sufficient nutrients for its growth,which has the scientific connotation of "revering labor,loving labor,honest labor and hard work".The new era has given college students the important task of "labor holds up the Chinese dream",and promoting the spirit of labor has always been an important task of the Communist Party of China in carrying out ideological and political education and talent cultivation work.Therefore,this paper is based on the "new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics" and focuses on the main line of "why,what and how to integrate".First of all,this study takes the introduction of the background and significance of the study as the starting point,and on the basis of the current situation of domestic and foreign research,further analyzes the connotation of labor and labor spirit and the concepts of "labor spirit,craftsmanship and labor model spirit",and elaborates on the ideas of Marx and Engels on labor education,the resources of labor ideas in the excellent traditional culture and the important discussions of the Chinese Communist Party on labor and labor spirit.Secondly,on the basis of exploring the compatibility between the cultivation of labor spirit and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this study further explains the practical value of integrating labor spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which is not only the inevitable requirement for building harmonious social labor relations,but also the practical demand for implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral education in colleges and universities,and the inherent demand for promoting Chinese traditional virtues and the important way for promoting the growth and success of the new generation.It is also an important way to promote the growth of the new generation.Again,this study adopts the questionnaire survey method and selects some college students in Fujian universities as the survey subjects to carry out empirical research.The survey found that in the process of integrating labor spirit into various elements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,there are problems that colleges and universities actively implement labor education policy,but the effect of policy implementation needs to be consolidated,teachers guide labor awareness,but the guidance ability needs to be strengthened,and students advocate labor value formation,but individual labor literacy needs to be improved.Finally,based on the current situation of the questionnaire survey,this study gives the corresponding integration measures in five aspects: construction of curriculum synergy pattern,creation of campus cultural environment,expansion of publicity media channels,development of practical activities and construction of guarantee mechanism.
