| With the globalization of the economy,more and more women are participating in self-employment.Because female entrepreneurs are a relatively special social group,they need to balance family and work,which is prone to conflict in roles,time,and behavior.These conflicts have exacerbated the pressure on women entrepreneurs in small and micro tourism enterprises.In addition to considering the survival and development of the market,they also need to deal with the challenge of prejudice of traditional culture and social roles,resulting in a decline in their work status,reduced personal energy,snubbing emotions at work,declining tourism service quality,slowing down the speed of product innovation,and ultimately affecting their tourism sales profits,hindering the survival and development of enterprises,and reducing their sense of professional experience.Women entrepreneurs in tourism small and micro enterprises need more social support in the face of work-family conflicts,Based on this,this paper takes female entrepreneurs of tourism small and micro enterprises in Jinli and Kuanzhai Alley as the research object,obtains basic data through questionnaire surveys and interviews,explores the impact of family-work conflict on entrepreneurial performance,and clearly puts forward the moderating role of social support.Empirical studies show that family-work conflict has a negative correlation with entrepreneurial performance.Social support has an important moderating effect on the relationship between family-work conflict and the entrepreneurial performance of women entrepreneurs in tourism small and micro enterprises.Social support provides a comprehensive guarantee system for female entrepreneurs,effectively alleviating family-work conflicts,and thus improving women’s entrepreneurial performance.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial performance of female entrepreneurs in tourism small and micro enterprises from the perspectives of technical service support,environmental support and preferential policies.The results enrich the research on female entrepreneurship performance,and provide effective suggestions and help for female entrepreneurship,which has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
