For women, work and family often fail to take care of each other. The conflicts caused by this have long had a huge impact on women's career development.Especially after China's liberalization of the comprehensive two-child policy, women's choice of childbearing may lead to a weakening of professional motivation, which virtually increases the uncertainty faced by women in the process of self-realization.In the process of pursuing self-realization in the workplace, women have to face more restrictions than men.First of all, women still have to bear most or all of the housework when they go out to work. The traditional birth system makes women take more responsibility in family life. The many roles of nurturing and caring have caused many women to be unbearable.Secondly, women will be more affected by social systems. The natural physiological differences between the sexes and the differences in acquired investments, etc.,cause women to be more vulnerable. There are no more advantages in the labor market,so women must work harder than men to achieve socially recognized standards in the workplace. In a sense, conflicts and imbalances between work and family have evolved into one of the key factors affecting women's professional compromises. The purpose of this study is to explore the specific impact mechanism of work-family conflict on women's occupational compromise. This article innovatively uses work-family conflict as the independent variable, occupational due diligence as the dependent variable, and organizational commitment as a moderator variable to be added to the research process,so as to further explore the role of work-family conflict on women after adding the organization commitment moderator variable.Whether the impact of professional compromise is deepening or weakening. This article obtains data by designing and distributing questionnaires, and uses multiple linear regression methods for analysis.First,work-family conflict variables are divided into three variables: time-based conflict variables,stress-based conflict variables, and behavior-based conflict variables, and then they are explored separately for their impact on women's occupational compromises.Examine the effect of organizational commitment on moderating variables.A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed in this study.Finally,252 valid questionnaires were received. After statistical analysis of these 252 valid samples, from the perspective of influencing factors, different types of work-family conflicts were found to compromise women's occupations.Influence process.Work-family conflict has a significant positive impact on the extent of women's occupational compromise;organizational commitment plays a key role in regulating the impact of work-family conflict on women's occupational compromise. The research conclusions of this article have certain practical implications for how companies can promote the career growth of female employees and enhance their organizational commitment in management practices, and put forward socialization strategies and related suggestions based on the conclusions.Ideas.
