In recent years,more and more women in China have joined the ranks of entrepreneurs.They often experience great work-family conflict,On one hand,they need to work hard for the new venture.On the other hand,they have to be distracted by family responsibility.Under this double pressure,female entrepreneurial cope with it by various means,some postponing marriage,some postponing childbirth,some choosing to slow down the development speed of the enterprise,some choosing to reduce the scale of the enterprise,etc.,so these methods are bound to have an impact on fertility willingness or entrepreneurial performance.The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the female entrepreneurs in different conflict,namely in the face of the family interference entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship interferes with family,on the entrepreneurial performance and the impact of fertility intentions,and to explore the moderating effect of gender role perception and family support.This study is mainly composed of four parts: firstly,by reading a lot of relevant literature,setting up related hypothesis about entrepreneurship—family conflict on entrepreneurial performance and fertility intention;Secondly,revising instruments of entrepreneurial conflict,entrepreneurial performance,family support,gender role perception and conducting a questionnaire survey;Thirdly,the collected sample data were analyzed by SPSS25.0,including factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,etc.;Finally,through comprehensive and rigorous analysis,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Different entrepreneurship—family conflict have different effects on entrepreneurial performance.Family interference in entrepreneurship has a negative effect on entrepreneurial performance.Family involvement in entrepreneurship has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance.(2)The impact of entrepreneurship—family conflict on fertility intention is negative.(3)Gender role perception has a moderating effect on entrepreneurial performance and fertility intention.(4)Family support positively moderates the effect of entrepreneurship—family conflict on entrepreneurial performance.
