Research On The All-for-one Tourism Development In Huangpi District Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

If the nation wants to be revived,the countryside will be revitalized.The rural revitalization strategy was proposed at the 19 th CPC National Congress,and the institutional framework and policy system of rural revitalization strategy have basically taken shape.In the new era background,our tourism industry shoulders a new mission of development.In recent years,with the improvement of economic and the upgrade of tourism consumption,the era of mass tourism has arrived.People’s leisure and vacation demand based on a better life and beautiful scenery is rapidly released.People are no longer satisfied with popular tourism products,but pay more attention to personalized tourism experience and spiritual satisfaction.The requirements for the quality of tourism products,tourism cultural connotation and tourism public services are increasing.Through the integration of resources and elements,all-for-one tourism builds and operates a certain region as a complete tourism destination,takes tourism as the leading industry,makes unified planning and layout,promotes the integrated development of industries,social co-construction and sharing,and promotes the coordinated development of economy and society.This paper is based on the interpretation of the connotation of rural revitalization strategy and all-for-one tourism.Starting from the general requirements of rural revitalization,and combined with the collaborative governance theory,the "five-whole" system of all-for-one tourism development is constructed,which is “the whole industry integration,the whole factor optimization,the whole brand upgrade,the whole organization innovation and the whole public participation”.It set up the analysis framework for the case study in the following article.Huangpi District of Wuhan was selected as the research object.After systematically sorting out the development basis and development status of all-for-one tourism in Huangpi District,the development strategy of all-for-one tourism in Huangpi District under the background of rural revitalization was deeply studied,as well as the main achievements and deficiencies of all-for-one tourism development in Huangpi District in boosting rural revitalization.Through theoretical analysis and case study,taking the "five-whole" system as the analysis framework,this paper deeply analyzes the development strategy of all-for-one tourism development in Huangpi District,makes practical discussion on all-for-one tourism boosting rural revitalization,explores the experience that can be used for reference,and provides reference for the development of all-for-one tourism in other areas.
