A Study About Problem And Way On Social Governance Innovation In Huangpi District Of Wuhan

The innovation of social governance is raised to the level of national governance since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC.National development is at a crucial stage of reform and social transformation.There are a lot of problems such as environmental pollution,land demolition,masses contradiction,illegal fund-raising,public security and other issues which are more or less caused by poor social governance.The research on the innovation of social governance at the grassroots level,especially in Huangpi district,the comprehensive analysis and active exploration of innovative approaches and social governance policies,giving useful suggestions,actively mobilizing the social organizations and all sectors to participate in social governance,has the great significance to achieve grassroots’ stability and harmony,as well as people’s sense of happiness.Base on some theories of public administration,my paper research the experience and deficiency in social governance innovation of Huangpi district.This article includes five sections,the first part mainly discusses the basic concept of social governance innovation and the current Chinese on governance,social governance related concepts and comments.Including the concept and theory of "management","social governance" and "innovation" and so on.The second part is some classic cases of social governance content in the area of Huangpi district.The third part is an analysis for social governance innovation in Huangpi district and then summarizing some problems.The fourth part.is talking about social governance innovation’s development situation in domestic and foreign,special about Hubei province and Wuhan city.The fifth is the combination of the previous research results,on how to take effective and practical ways to carry out social governance in Huangpi district,and put forward some views.
