Research On The Development Of Rural Culture And Tourism From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

People participate in more cultural tourist events because of economic growth.With the guidance of policy initiatives,the rural cultural tourism industry has grown quickly and emerged as a significant means of addressing the three rural problems and achieving rural revitalization.Rural revitalization and the integration of culture and tourism are inextricably intertwined.The integrated development of the two industries can promote the realization of rural revitalization,and rural revitalization also puts forward new requirements for the integrated development of the two industries.Under the backdrop of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the question of how to motivate the high-quality integration of rural cultural tourism development has emerged as one that requires research and investigation.The method of integrated development of culture and tourism differs in different locations because of variations in development resources,economic basis,and main development entities.To improve the pattern of integrated development of the two industries,encourage the high-quality development of the rural cultural tourism industry,and ultimately achieve the goal of rural revitalization,it is necessary to recognize and address the problems in the integrated development of the rural cultural and tourism industries.Huishan Village in Caoshi Town,Anhui Province,relying on rural red cultural resources and taking the road of cultural tourism integration development,has not only withdrawn from the sequence of poor villages,but also been named as one of the top ten model villages in the country for rural revitalization.Huishan Village has experienced tremendous success and amassed a wealth of knowledge in the growth of integrating culture and tourism.However,there are still issues with its development,such as low level of integration of culture and tourism industry,unequal benefit distribution,insufficient involvement of relevant personnel,overcommercialization of resources,a lack of professional talents to promote the integration of culture and tourism industry,and inadequate public support facilities.These issues are caused by inadequate institutional mechanisms,a lack of interest linkage mechanism,limitations in participant perception,incompatibilities between the cultural and tourist industries,a lack of mechanisms for talent development,and irrational facility planning.In this regard,we should adhere to the principle of integrating the development of culture and tourism,which includes upholding the service of rural rejuvenation,based on the rural reality,ensuring the main position of farmers,and placing equal weight on protection and development.Specific actions can be broken down into the following areas:improve the management system and strengthen the guarantee mechanism for the development of cultural tourism;encouraging industrial integration and expanding the layout of the culture and tourism industry;enhancing coordination and emphasizing the role of diverse subjects;improving the procedures for benefit distribution and establishing a community for the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries;solving the conflict between the integration of the tourism and cultural industries and researching how the two major industries can grow and promote one another;encourage the development of talent teams and improve the level of public services.The aforementioned actions can encourage the coordinated growth of rural culture and tourism and make rural revitalization easier to achieve.
