With the change of times,many changes have taken place in our population.The census is a means to find out our families,and this work is relevant to people’s well-being.The gradual aging,shortage of labor supply and regional gathering of floating population bring great challenges to economic and social development in our country.By finding out the number,structure and distribution of population,we can provide directional guidance for our national birth policy and offer suggestions for our high-quality economic and social development.The census taker is the first person responsible for the successful completion of the census work and the quality of the census data.Based on the practical investigation of "seven census" in J County,this paper analyzes the organizational commitment of census takers in rural areas and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the organizational commitment-five factors theory model,incentive related theory on the basis of research,based on the practice of "seventh national census" of J country.Through literature research method,interview method,case analysis method,obtained from the economic level of different materials with three towns census takers.By introducing the status quo of census work in J County and classifying and analyzing the interviewees according to five types of organizational commitment,by classifying the interviewees as normative commitment type,ideal commitment type,emotional commitment type,opportunity commitment type and economic commitment type,in-depth analysis was carried out in the aspects of loyalty,pressure bearing and work performance.Problems include weakening statistical credibility and lax business controls at the government level,and the problems of unrigorous working attitude and inflexible working skills at the individual level.Business level work efficiency is not obvious and work is not accurate problems.The reasons for the above problems are the influence caused by the lack of government statistics industry culture and the imbalance of social development,the impact of differences in interest and lack of professional competence among census takers,and the restriction influence caused by the lack of innovation in traditional census mode and backward scientific and technological means.Therefore,the lack of organizational culture construction leads to the reduction of organizational commitment and individual occupational commitment,which affects the degree of commitment to work,and finally affects the quality and effectiveness of the census work.According to the problems and reasons for the rural areas of the census work to carry out countermeasures and suggestions.In the aspect of organizational culture construction,we should intensify publicity and improve the awareness of census.Improve the working mechanism of government statistical institutions and establish positive incentives;We should strictly control the recruitment and training of census takers.In terms of organizational commitment and professional commitment,advocate the establishment of a correct professional attitude,improve the level of business,improve working methods;In terms of innovative ideas to improve work efficiency,the government has set up census registration stations,implemented service outsourcing,and deepened the development of big data information systems such as human-housing association in rural areas.Through the establishment and strengthening of organizational culture,the "people" in the organization form an organizational commitment to the "organization",and realize the importance of the "organization" work,so as to continuously improve their professional commitment.Normative,and ideal-committed surveyors were the most loyal to organizations and work goals.And they are most able to work under pressure,and the highest job performance.White the economic commitment and opportunity commitment takers were less committed to the organization and the jobs.They are most likely to engage in disloyalty and turnover during stressful times at work.
