Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Population Census In S Town Of X City

Population Census is an important survey of national conditions and national strength,which concerns the national economy and the people’s livelihoods play an absolutely necessary role in the promoting modernization of national governance and capacity.In accordance with the rules of the National Census,China will conduct the seventh national census in 2020,the census is not only a demonstration of the great economic development,the great migration of the population,the great improvement of the quality and the great changes in the household over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,but also a naming of the great powers as they embark on a new journey towards high-quality development in the new era.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the difficulties and problems of the population census based on the basic situation of the seventh national population census,focus on the development of population census countermeasures and recommendations,with a view to highlighting the importance of grass-roots township population census work,for the future work of Population Census Reference and reference.Based on this goal,Based on this goal,this article has carried out the research.Firstly,this thesis reviews the current situation,connotation,research methods and Research Perspectives of Population Census Research at home and abroad by literature review,so as to grasp the whole process.Secondly,this thesis takes Marxist population theory,community governance theory and limited government theory as the theoretical support of basic population census research.From the development of the three theories,it is basically a process from the birth of the West to the application of the east,from "Imported goods" to "Localization".Theory guides practice,and at the same time,practice plays an important role in promoting theory.Thirdly,based on the practice of population census in s town of basic-level x city,this thesis emphatically analyzes the problems and difficulties in the current population census,and through case analysis and on-the-spot investigation,the study found that the current situation of the grass-roots population census work is not optimistic,there are many urgent problems to be solved.Organizational implementation challenges include organizational,personnel,funding,responsibilitie,measures,advocacy,mobilization,Inspection and Inspection Accountability,data quality control,and so on.The challenges at the technical level of census operations include the division and Coding of census areas,the drawing of electronic maps of census districts,the rectification of household registration,the collection,rectification and use of big data,and the training of census operations Census Official Household Registration,census data development and application issues.The challenges on the level of mass cooperation are difficult to get in,difficult to find people,self-declaration quality,mass awareness and so on.In the end,the author thinks that effective countermeasures should be taken to improve the working mechanism,key propaganda should be given to arouse the attention of the society,cooperation should be carried out,oint efforts should be exerted,"Two members" should be chosen strictly and professional quality should be improved.Quality control must always run through the whole process of census work,actively explore new countermeasures and new paths for basic-level census work.
