| At the end of 2020,all poverty-stricken counties in the country were lifted out of poverty,but the removal of poverty does not mean that they will soon enter the stage of rural revitalization.After the original deep poverty-stricken counties were stripped of their hats,there are still problems such as shortage of talents,insufficient industrial development potential,weak infrastructure,and insufficient development capacity of the poverty-stricken masses.It is still a short board in development.It is necessary to shift the focus of work to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,promote the overall revitalization of the countryside,and gradually realize the smooth transition from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization.In this context,the research on the effective coupling and coordination of Debao County in Guangxi during the transition period from 2021 to 2025,which is one of the key supporting counties of national rural revitalization,can provide new ideas for the work of Debao County,and also provide some reference for the promotion of effective connection of the key supporting counties of national rural revitalization.Based on the actual work of effective connection in Debao County,Guangxi,this paper takes 12 townships and 186 administrative villages(communities)in Debao County,Guangxi as the research object.Through literature research and field investigation,we can understand the current situation of effective connection and coupling of various townships in Debao County,Guangxi,and the problems and difficulties in the process of connection.Based on the survey data,the coupling coordination degree theory is used to measure the consolidation of poverty alleviation results,rural revitalization level index and the coupling coordination degree between the consolidation of poverty alleviation results and rural revitalization in 12 townships.Finally,it is concluded that the effective connection of various townships in Debao County is still at the level of uncoordinated development,and there is still much room for improvement.By 2025,Debao County will fully realize the effective connection between consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.It is necessary to coordinate and integrate financial and financial funds,cultivate professional talents for rural revitalization,promote the continuous and full coverage of inclusive security,promote the upgrading of industrial development,improve the level of rural infrastructure,and broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income. |
