Research On The Effective Connection Between The Consolidation Of Poverty Alleviation Achievements And Rural Revitalization In Guangxi Border Areas

In order to better achieve the goal of comprehensive rural revitalization,it has become an inevitable trend for multiple entities to coordinate the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements with the effective linkage of rural revitalization.In recent years,under the leadership of the government,good progress has been made in effectively connecting the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements by multiple subjects with rural revitalization.The economic income and living standards of rural people in the areas lifted out of poverty have been significantly improved,and the sense of security,happiness and gain of rural people have been significantly enhanced.However,due to the influence of geographical location,economic level,traditional customs and other factors,there are many problems in the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements promoted by multiple subjects and rural revitalization in Guangxi border areas,and there is still a long way to go to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.This paper takes F Village in Guangxi as the research object,through understanding the current situation and effect of the effective connection between the multi-subject promotion of poverty alleviation achievement consolidation and rural revitalization in Guangxi border areas,makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems and their causes based on the SFIC model,and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.In the first part,through the literature research method,in the process of consulting and sorting out domestic and foreign literature,I have a clear understanding and elaboration of the basic concepts of Guangxi border area,multiple subjects,the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation results and rural revitalization,as well as the cooperative governance theory and SFIC model.In the second part,using the method of case study and field investigation,the current situation and effect of the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation results and rural revitalization coordinated by multiple subjects in F village of Guangxi were analyzed,and based on the SFIC model,the problems existing in the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation results and rural revitalization coordinated by multiple subjects in Guangxi border areas were found,and the root causes of the problems were explored.In the third part,through the analysis of the model experience of the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation results and rural revitalization in Kangxian County of Gansu Province,Meitan County of Guizhou Province,and Dianbai District of Guangdong Province,the author tries to find the referential experience and effective practices of the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation results and rural revitalization in other regions of China.The fourth part,based on SFIC model,attempts to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problems existing in five aspects of collaborative co-governance environment,initial conditions,catalytic leadership,system design and collaborative process: first,change adverse factors and consolidate the basis of main body collaboration;Second,optimize the coordination conditions to condense the main body synergy;Third,improve the overall construction,enhance the ability of collaborative leadership;Fourth,strengthen the institutional guarantee,enhance the main body cooperation impetus;Fifth,we need to improve institutional building and increase the effectiveness of cooperation between the main bodies.
