With the rapid upgrading and iterations of various advanced technologies,Since the media platform and people’s life more and more closely,let the public have more opportunities to participate in and discuss social activities,but also stimulated the political enthusiasm and initiative,but for local governments,as the public participation,more need to strengthen network public opinion supervision,and it also increases the network public opinion regulation pressure.As one of the key development cities in northern Jiangsu province,Y City is facing an important transformation and breakthrough,it is also the prominent social contradictions,effective development under the background of the social network public opinion supervision is more sensitive to incident is particularly important,easy to build a good communication platform between people and the government,improve the public support for the work of the government,prompting the government to improve credibility,We will comprehensively strengthen the government’s social governance capacity.Based on the current situation of online public opinion supervision of sensitive emergencies in Y City and two representative public opinion cases in Y City,this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the online public opinion supervision of sensitive emergencies in Y City.It sorted out four problems: "improper crisis research and judgment,insufficient grasp of public opinion situation","untimely release of authoritative information and rampant fragmentation of communication","lack of interaction between departments,less information transmission","single means of public opinion monitoring and low precision".At the same time,it is found that the above problems are mainly related to the low attention paid to online public opinion,the imperfect crisis response mechanism of online public opinion,the imperfect coordination mechanism between departments,and the lack of professional personnel and hardware and software technical support.At the same time,based on the successful cases and experiences of some regions,this paper summarizes the following four improvement strategies: Firmly grasp the initiative of online public opinion supervision,improve the online public opinion response mechanism for public emergencies,enhance the coordination ability of online public opinion for public emergencies,and optimize the elements of online public opinion governance for public emergencies,can make a decision on Y municipal government personnel how to public emergency network public opinion supervision to provide effective Suggestions,Furthermore,it provides strong support to promote the quality of network supervision work.
