| Recently,various public health events have erupted frequently,and the accompanying social public opinion has also surged.The wide application of the Internet and social software makes the social problems in reality transfer to the virtual network society,which often affects the process of public health events.Analyzing the opinion information contained in the network texts,exploring the development and change process of public opinion,we can find the attitudes of different groups,the focus of attention and the tendency of emotion,and provide a reliable basis for the government to grasp the trend of public opinion,understand the public psychology and implement the guidance of public opinion,which is of great significance to the online public opinion guidance and emergency management of health events.This study takes the COVID-19 incident as an example.According to the sociological point of view,combined the three social attributes of public opinion of Weibo with the externalization of opinion leaders,events and emotions of public opinion.The network text is analyzed from the three dimensions of crowd attribute,content attribute and emotion attribute.In the crowd attribute dimension,establish the index system of opinion leader and determine the weight of the index,identify the opinion leader.In the content attribute dimension,divide the public opinion stage and explore the characteristics of the focus content of each stage.In the emotion attribute dimension,analyze the emotion and deep connotation of the text from the two aspects of emotional polarity and emotional intensity,establish the time series for the prediction of the trend of emotional polarity change,and show the focus content of the text of different emotional intensity in stages.Finally,Through the above analysis,summarizing the problems in the process of handling,analyzing the reasons,and putting forward targeted public opinion guidance strategy according to the analysis results. |
