China is the country with the biggest number of online users in the world.By the end of 2017,the number of Chinese web pages reached 260.4 billion and the Internet coverage reached 55.8%,among which the number of mobile netizens using mobile client accounts for 97.5% of the total.We have gradually entered the "we media" era.With the rapid development and gradual improvement of computer technology,Chinese governments at all levels are actively exploring the use of "Internet plus" to broaden the voice channels of the people,expand their participation in politics,help the government in social governance,streamline administration and delegate power,and facilitate the economy and life.At the same time,the characteristics of "we media",such as popularization,low access,mutual and rapid communication,have brought new challenges to the government management at all levels in China.Government departments’ words and deeds are exposed to the camera at any time and any time.If they are careless,they will be photographed and recorded and quickly spread online,causing a crisis of public opinion.Many people label civil servants today a "dangerous profession" because they need to be careful about what they say and do in front of the media.To some extent,online public opinion is a double-edged sword: if the government handles the public opinion in a timely and appropriate manner,it will make full use of the influence of the event to improve the government’s credibility.On the contrary,if the public opinion is not handled properly,the government’s image will be severely damaged,public trust will decline,and even threaten social harmony and stability.Through a review of domestic and foreign research literature,there are many discussions on how to improve the government’s ability to deal with online public opinion in theory,but most of them are on the national level,which are highly theoretical.However,online public opinions often occur frequently in local governments,and local governments need to improve their ideological understanding and coping capacity.Moreover,due to the differences in actual conditions in different regions,they cannot form a unified standard,so it is necessary to explore the countermeasures with local facts as the characteristics.This article is to our country local government public opinion to deal with the Internet development facing the new situation and new challenges for the Angle of view,through to the power supply company alborada Qi County electric tube,drunk a switch power is analyzed,from the occurrence of the incident,the public opinion evolution stage,the focus of public opinion,the local government response has four aspects of the event review event,find out the local government in response to public opinion under the three issues,respectively is a lack of mastery of public opinion development stage,no active public information,public opinion disposal ability is insufficient;At last,according to the problems and causes,combined with the actual situation,the author explored Suggestions and measures to improve local governments’ response to online public opinions,including improving the public opinion early warning mechanism and establishing and improving the coordinated front.Sorted out public opinions and solved the crisis positively;Focusing on the system of news spokesmen and strengthening the mechanism of information disclosure;We will increase training for cadres and improve strategies and tactics for handling them.From early warning mechanism,the leading mechanism for collaborative management system,mechanism,information disclosure mechanism system,the news spokesman system,classification disposal system such as system rules,officials deal with the principle of public opinion and techniques such as actual combat ability to solve the actual problems existing in the public opinion of local government crisis management,improve the response capacity,enhance the government credibility.
