| As a noble spiritual civilization,the volunteer spirit of "dedication,friendship,mutual assistance and progress" is an important symbol of the progress of modern social civilization and a vivid display of socialist core values.The noble volunteer spirit can guide college students to establish a correct sense of volunteer service,enhance the spiritual realm of dedication,and promote the harmonious development between people and people,people and society.As the future builders of the motherland,college students shoulder the arduous task entrusted by the times.The cultivation of volunteerism is conducive to enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and promoting the more comprehensive development of college students.Therefore,paying attention to the cultivation of college students’ volunteer spirit is not only the key to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,but also the value orientation to promote the orderly operation of society.With the development of the times,volunteerism has been endowed with new value implications and has contributed spiritual strength to the rapid development of the country and the progress of social civilization.At present,college students’ cognitive level of volunteerism is gradually improving,and their sense of identity with volunteerism is also increasing.While seeing some achievements in its cultivation,we must also face up to the problems in the education process.The cultivation of college students’ volunteerism is a long-term and systematic work.It is necessary to pay attention to the establishment of volunteer service consciousness in ideology and the practice of volunteerism in practice.This requires a comprehensive planning and design of the cultivation of college students’ volunteerism.Based on Marx’s theory of all-round development of human beings,the thought of "serving the people" of the Communist Party of China and the theory of ideological and political education environment,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of college students’ volunteerism by issuing questionnaires.On the basis of the questionnaire,the problems of college students’ volunteerism are summarized,and the cultivation suggestions are given in a targeted manner.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly explains the research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,research ideas and innovations.The second chapter is the basic overview of college students’ volunteer spirit.It defines the concepts of volunteer service,volunteer spirit and college students’ volunteer spirit,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis and its value of the times.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of college students’ volunteer spirit.Based on the data collected from the survey questionnaire,the specific manifestations of the increasing improvement of college students’ volunteer spirit and the manifestations of their deficiencies are summarized,and the main reasons for their deficiencies are further analyzed,including the impact of Western social trends on college students’ volunteer spirit,the need for a sound mechanism for cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit,and insufficient guidance for college students’ volunteer spirit in family education The ability of college students to transform their voluntary spirit into knowledge and action is not yet high.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’ volunteerism.By following the cultivation principles,it explores the feasible countermeasures for problem solving from four aspects: optimizing the social environment for the cultivation of college students’ volunteerism,improving the cultivation mechanism of college students’ volunteerism,giving full play to the guiding role of families in college students’ volunteerism,and improving the self-education ability of college students’ volunteerism. |
