system of voluntary service,promoting the institutionalization of voluntary service and carrying forward the spirit of volunteerism.The spirit of volunteerism plays a leading role in the development of voluntary service.The spirit of volunteerism is the cohesion of the thoughts and values of volunteers.It embodies a kind of upward and good value orientation,leads the development direction of volunteer service and promotes the development and progress of society.The voluntary spirit is an important content of strengthening the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,cultivating and practicing the socialist core values.The cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit can improve their ideological and moral quality and promote their all-round development,thus making them better serve society and promoting the establishment of socialist core values,we will promote the building of a harmonious socialist society,the construction of a center for civilization practice in the new era,the improvement of social civilization,and the progress of civilization in human society.As a universal spiritual pursuit in human society,voluntary service has profound connotation and distinctive features.China’s voluntary service started late and is in the ascendant.Voluntary Spirit comes from voluntary service,which is the realistic basis of voluntary spirit and the sublimation country,the connotation of voluntary spirit is gradually enriched."Dedication,fraternity,mutual assistance and progress" is the important connotation of voluntary spirit.The spirit of volunteerism has distinct functions of ideological and Political Education,including guidance,cohesion,encouragement,adjustment and humanistic education.Because of the particularity of the college students,the volunteer spirit in their daily volunteer activities not only has the general characteristics of volunteer spirit,but also has the characteristics of progress,demonstration,era and continuity.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the spirit of volunteerism for the healthy growth of college students,the transformation and development of contemporary Chinese society,and the reform of ideological and political education.And it can improve the moral quality of contemporary college students,help them set up the core values of socialism,thus building a harmonious socialist society.The formation of volunteer spirit reflects the unity of subjectivity and objectivity of volunteers on the basis of volunteer service practice.The voluntary spirit is a kind of noble spiritual quality which is formed by people’s subjective desire for good and their long-term charitable voluntary service under the premise of following certain principles and norms.Its formation is decided by subjective and objective factors.The development level of social productive forces,the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,socialist core values and the atmosphere of voluntary service are the social objective factors that affect the formation of voluntary spirit,the subject’s free will and spiritual realm are the subjective factors that affect the formation of voluntary spirit.The external cause is the condition of the change and development of things,the internal cause is the basis of the change and development of things,the external cause can function only through the internal cause,and the external cause can function through the internal cause only with the help of practice.The voluntary spirit is produced and accumulated in the social practice of voluntary service.The voluntary service is a kind of material activity,and the voluntary spirit is the spiritual production of the voluntary service.Voluntary Service is based on life practice,which is both material and spiritual,but ultimately needs to reach agreement in practice.Although on the surface it is the subjective moral recognition of human beings,but without the practice of voluntary activities,there would be no spiritual production of the life world.Therefore,the practice of voluntary service is the basis of the unification of subjective and objective factors of voluntary spirit.Cultivating college students’ voluntary spirit is of great significance to the development of our country’s voluntary service and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,but the cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit is not smooth.Although with the great attention and support of the Party and the state,some achievements have been made in the cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit,the ranks of college students’ voluntary service have been growing and the types of service have been developing towards specialization,the cognition of college students to voluntary spirit has been improved,and the number of participating in large-scale activities is also increasing.However,by combing and summarizing the questionnaire results and interview data,it is found that the level of college students’ voluntary spirit is not high enough,the degree of integration between voluntary spirit and ideological and political education is not deep enough,and the atmosphere for cultivating college students’ voluntary spirit is not strong enough,the cultivation mechanism of college students’ voluntary spirit is not perfect either.The reasons are not only the subjective factors of college students themselves,but also the objective factors of family,school and society.First of all,some college students do not have enough understanding of the connotation of voluntary spirit,their motivation to participate in voluntary service is more utilitarian,their cognition of voluntary spirit lags behind practice,and their service level is not high when they practice voluntary spirit,this is the subjective factor that hinders the cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit.Secondly,in the family,the parents neglect the ideological and moral education of the children,the children of the spoilt habit of self-centered college students,the lack of family spirit of voluntary heritage.Thirdly,there is a lack of volunteer spirit in the ideological and political education of college students,the educators themselves do not know enough about volunteer spirit,and the mechanism of university volunteer service is not perfect.Finally,in the society,the impact of the market economy on the spirit of public welfare,the shortage of funds for the cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit,and the lack of traditional social morality are the objective factors that hinder the cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit.Only by deeply analyzing the subjective and objective factors that influence the cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit,can we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.The way of cultivating the volunteer spirit of the Contemporary University students is mainly the education guidance of the university,the support of family,government and society,and the self-cultivation of the students.To cultivate college students’ voluntary spirit,colleges and universities should give full play to their role as the main channel of education,strive to improve the comprehensive quality of college students’ volunteers,and establish and improve various mechanisms for cultivating college students’ voluntary spirit,to create a good atmosphere of voluntary service on campus.The cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit can not be carried out without the support of family,government and society.Only in this way can we provide sufficient guarantee for the cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit.College Students,as the main body of practicing the voluntary spirit,have a strong autonomy.We should strengthen the self-cultivation of the voluntary spirit of college students,starting from knowing,feeling,faith,will and practice,and truly internalizing the voluntary spirit into the heart and externalizing it into practice,in order to ensure that our contemporary college students to cultivate the spirit of volunteerism to achieve good results.The practice of voluntary service is an important focus of cultivating the spirit of volunteerism of contemporary college students.Knowledge comes from practice.The cultivation of college students’ voluntary spirit can not only stay at the theoretical level,but must make college students actively participate in the practice of voluntary service activities.By fighting the epidemic,serving large-scale events and other large-scale events to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of college students,in support of teaching,community service and other contributions to
