| Since the 18 th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has attached great importance to volunteer work,making a series of important speeches and instructions,and relevant state departments have also issued and promulgated some policies documents and measures to promote the development of volunteer work.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to promote the institutionalization and normalization of volunteerism and to contribute to the realization of the “two hundred-year goal”.Volunteerism is a spiritual quality arising from volunteerism,and as a positive value leadership,it is an important element in strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization and cultivating and promoting socialist core values.Cultivating the volunteer spirit of college students helps cultivate the sense of responsibility and dedication of college students,and promotes the healthy growth and success of college students.After long-term development and construction,more and more colleges and universities attach importance to and encourage college students to participate in volunteer services,and college student volunteers have played a positive role in promoting the development of social construction and improving the quality of social civilization,etc.The cultivation of college student volunteer spirit in China has made great development,and entering a new era,the cultivation of college student volunteer spirit presents some new characteristics and faces some new challenges,for which we must also In this regard,we must also pay attention to some difficulties and contradictions encountered by the cultivation of college students’ volunteer spirit and actively explore the path of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit in the new era.Based on the ethnic frontier region of Guangxi,this paper,firstly,carefully sorts out the theories related to the cultivation of college students’ volunteer spirit in Guangxi in the new era by the literature research method:it mainly contains the concepts related to the cultivation of college students’ volunteer spirit in Guangxi in the new era and the theoretical and cultural origin of the cultivation of college students’ volunteer spirit in Guangxi in the new era;the contemporary value of the cultivation of college students’ volunteer spirit in Guangxi in the new era is interpreted.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to understand the current situation of cultivating the volunteer spirit of college students in Guangxi in the new era.It is understood that there are real difficulties such as the participation of college students in volunteer activities is not high,the ways of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit are not rich enough,the mechanism of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit is not yet complete,and the guarantee measures of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit need to be improved.Through the analysis of the real dilemma,it is found that the lack of in-depth understanding of the rich connotation of volunteerism among college students,the lack of attention to the cultivation of volunteerism among college students by colleges and universities,the lack of strong atmosphere of cultivating volunteerism in society,and the insufficient investment in the cultivation of volunteerism by relevant management and service departments are the factors affecting the cultivation of volunteerism among college students.Finally,the strategy optimization of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit in Guangxi in the new era is proposed: including the basic characteristics and basic principles of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit in Guangxi in the new era,as well as the cultivation methods such as promoting the internalization and externalization of college students’ volunteer spirit,perfecting the initiatives of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit,creating the cultural atmosphere of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit,establishing the guarantee mechanism of cultivating college students’ volunteer spirit,and promoting the civilization style of college students’ volunteer spirit.It is expected to have some reference value for the cultivation of college students’ volunteer spirit in Guangxi in the new era. |
