Research On The Content Production Of Municipal Public Security Government Tiktok Number

In the era of mobile internet,short video platforms have shown great vitality,aggressively seizing user time.Under the new communication pattern,the party and government organs and public institutions actively explore,adapt and seek change.The government Tiktok number has gradually innovated its content production form,becoming another new government media platform.Among the party and government departments settled in Tiktok,Tiktok,a public security government,is the leader,with the largest number of official Tiktok numbers and the highest certification ratio.Among them,the official Tiktok Public Security account "Xi’an Chanba Public Security" opened by Chanba Ecological District Branch of Xi’an Public Security Bureau has been welcomed by users,both in quantity and quality,and has important value in academic research.This paper focuses on the content production of the "Xi’an Chanba Public Security" government Tiktok number,290 sample data released by the "Xi’an Chanba Public Security" government Tiktok number from February 10,2020 to December 1,2021,to explore its theme selection,narrative perspective,manifestation and other characteristics.On this basis,the main framework of the content production mechanism of "Xi’an Chanba Public Security" is constructed from the three dimensions of content production source,content production mode and content transmission channel.The purpose is to provide decision-making reference for the content producers of the "Xi’an Chanba Public Security" government Tiktok number,promote the long-term development of the municipal public security Tiktok number,and enrich the relevant research on the content production of the government Tiktok number.The study found that the Tiktok number of "Xi’an Chanba Public Security" is trying to adapt to the tonality of the Tiktok platform in terms of theme characteristics and manifestations.High quality original content,especially situational dramas,has become the main contributor to its content supply and traffic;Diversified and specialized content production methods stimulate users’ desire to watch and share.In addition,"Xi’an Chanba Public Security" has flexibly expanded its communication channels,and achieved linkage communication with the platform advantage of Tiktok.At present,the "Xi’an Chanba Public Security" government Tiktok channel has many problems,such as content homogenization,pan entertainment,audio-visual presentation modeling,etc.It is urgent to improve the production strategy according to the existing problems.In content production,it is necessary to actively integrate various aspects of information and creative resources,actively integrate user preferences,and deeply cultivate high-quality original content.In the form of expression,it is necessary to enhance the overall aesthetic feeling of videos and cultivate new creative modes.In terms of operation management,it is necessary to form stable operation rules,cultivate user viewing habits,and create a communication matrix.
