| Since 2014,media convergence has been continuously promoted under the guidance of policies,the national policy layout on media convergence has been gradually improved,and the four-level financial media pattern from the central government to provinces and cities and then to county-level media has been basically formed.At the national level,"Central Kitchen"leads the top-level design and basic direction;the provincial cloud platforms such as the Changjiang Cloud are established one by one to lead the promotion of the provincial financial media construction;the municipal financial media center platforms such as "Gannan Red" and"New Bijie" play "branches";the vivid practice of building new financial media platforms provides a vivid case for the county-level media.At the same time,the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,VR,AR and other intelligent media technologies have also brought strong technical support for the construction and development of the county-level financial media center.In addition,the national policy layout also brings a new development opportunity to the county media,which is at a disadvantage of development.From the concept of "guiding the masses and serving the masses" proposed at the 2018 National Propaganda and Ideological Work Conference,to the concept of "regional symbiosis"proposed in the 20th report in 2022,the construction focus of county-level financial media center has always been implemented in serving the masses.The county-level financial media center not only acts as the center and hub of the grass-roots communication network,but also becomes an important media and field for the reconstruction of the relationship between people and local governments.Driven by the dual role of policy and technology,the "geolocalization" content production of county-level financial media centers can play a role in promoting the integrated development of various undertakings in the county,connecting the human and local relations between internal and external fields,fighting the tide of globalization,and restoring the importance of"local".This paper is based on the "localization" content production research on the government TikTok of the county-level financial media center.Through the content analysis of the local content of the county-level financial media center,it summarizes the production status of the 1920 government TikTok released in Lanshan,Heshui,Teng and Wusu counties from June 2021 to June 2022 in June 2022.According to the content analysis results,found the counties in the production,from the local picture media reproduction,the relationship between the media connection,local memory of the media construction and spiritual field of media reconstruction in four aspects,and on the local picture and local characteristics,various counties on the basis of the common and different development.Subsequently,the author through online contact,and various counties 40 local users in-depth interviews,various counties of "in" TikTok video communication,found that the melting media center at the county level to provide information service for local people,for the local users continue emotional connection,but there are weak service consciousness,social governance function is not sound,content theme distribution and insufficient interaction between both sides.For these problems,this paper on the basis of content analysis and user interview put forward the future county melting media center in "in" content production to enhance service consciousness,increase rural information,strengthen innovation,set up the Internet thinking optimization path,in order to help more county melting media center in the localization of content production level,so as to better serve the local,help local social governance and rural development. |
