Since 2013,China’s short video industry has gradually entered a prosperous stage of development and created a new social context,gradually replacing traditional video media.With the rise of the "two micro and one end" strategy,explosive growth in public security and government short videos represented by "Tik Tok" in 2018 marked the official entry of new media for public security and government into the3.0 era.As an emerging form of communication,public security and government short videos use visual and auditory means to convey information to the audience and inject new vitality into public security and government propaganda.However,how to fully leverage the advantages of short video platforms in the new communication environment,actively speak out,break the inherent image of public security and government short videos,establish a new image of public security,and use this as the basis to disseminate correct criminal law knowledge is a problem that urgently needs to be solved in the current public security and government short videos.The purpose of this paper is to interpret the content production characteristics of public security and government short videos from the perspective of their unique production features.The public security and government Tik Tok account "Xiao Jing A Te" ranks among the top in terms of the number of fans of public security and government Tik Tok accounts and has a distinct self-positioning.Therefore,this paper will use the 210 short video samples published by the Tik Tok account "Xiao Jing A Te" from April 27,2021 to March 10,2023 as the research object for content analysis.Through content analysis,case analysis,and literature analysis,the content of the "Xiao Jing A Te" account is classified and coded for statistical analysis.It is found that the short videos of the public security and government Tik Tok account "Xiao Jing A Te" exhibit distinctive characteristics in terms of content presentation and creative concepts,with topics that strive to adapt to the short,flat,and fast features of the Tik Tok platform.Interms of content presentation,the topics pursue differentiation while insisting on government propaganda.The titles are clever and innovative,and they are closely related to the audience’s daily life.The account layout is carefully arranged,and the audio-visual language is optimized for user experience.In terms of creative concepts,"Xiao Jing A Te" focuses on originality,providing audiences with high-quality information.At the same time,"Xiao Jing A Te" has set up a new media studio,and the team collaboratively creates excellent public security and government short videos.At present,the development of public security and government Tik Tok accounts at all levels is developing rapidly but also faces some problems.This paper analyzes and improves content development strategies based on the issues that have appeared in the content of the public security and government Tik Tok account "Xiao Jing A Te".To enhance short video production skills,strengthen communication and interaction with users,and propose several successful promotion,replication,and reference experiences in content drainage,this paper believes that it can provide reference for the development of short video matrices of public security and government new media at all levels. |
