Yingkou Public Security Bureau Wechat Public Number Operation Management Research

In 2011,Tencent created WeChat communication platform,which is another new communication platform after Tencent QQ and Sina Weibo.Its functions include public platform,friend circle,message push,WeChat payment and so on.WeChat public number function was officially launched in August 2012.Based on the basic functions of WeChat,organizations and individuals can communicate and interact with specific groups in words,pictures,voice and video on the platform.The launch of WeChat public number has become another important operation platform for government agencies,enterprises,media,public institutions and individual users.In recent years,WeChat public number has been used more and more in public security system.Public security organs in various provinces,cities,regions and counties have launched their own public numbers successively.By opening We Chat public numbers,they hope to unblock the communication channels between the police and the public,and widely listen to their opinions and Suggestions;Set up various public security columns and regularly release public security information;let the convenient service platform play an important role and ensure communication with the crowd;find the focus,hot issues in time,improve service quality,further shorten the distance between the police and the public and better serve the society.Based on the author’s actual work,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of operation and management of Wechat public number of Yingkou public security bureau through questionnaire.Through questionnaire to the users(WeChat public number manager,WeChat public number focus group)of Wechat public number of Yingkou public security bureau,as well as interviews with the platform operation manager and related management experts,we can deeply analyze the problems of WeChat public number in the operation and management of public security system.A total of 183 questionnaires were issued during the study,of which 183 were valid.And the data of the valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed.We Use SSPS 21.0 statistical software to process the sample data of the questionnaires,analyze the causes of problems from the aspects of self-positioning,organization management and user satisfaction,propose some countermeasures and Suggestions and improve the level of operation and management of Wechat public number of Yingkou public security bureau.Through analysis,it is found that the support of Yingkou public security bureau for the operation of WeChat public number is still insufficient.Information promotion and communication are limited and the content can not meet the needs of the public.The interactive mechanism of public number is not perfect,so it cannot communicate with the public in time.In order to solve these problems,we should make clear the positioning of Wechat public number of Yingkou public security bureau,focus on the key points,break the difficult points,raise awareness of new media services for police officers,understand the public’s needs,improve public satisfaction and do a better job of policing the public and serving the society!...
