In recent years,with the introduction of the universal two-child policy and threechild policy,some experts predicted that the number of newborns in China would reach a new high,but the fact is exactly the opposite,the number of births in China has decreased year by year in recent years.The policy of encouraging birth can not achieve its policy effect,which is largely due to the imperfect birth security system in China.Childcare service is a very important part of the birth security system and is the best choice for many families when their children are not cared for.The supply of childcare services cannot meet the needs of the public,which to some extent affects people’s willingness to bear children,and the uneven quality of childcare services has always been criticized by people.Therefore,it is extremely important to take effective measures to optimize the supply of public childcare services,reduce the anxiety of unattended children for families in need,and thus enhance the willingness of families to have more children.Based on the public nursery service in city of fuzhou,capital of fujian,the collaborative supply as the research object,using literature method,interview method,case study method,field survey was carried out on the fuzhou city nursery service mechanism,explore the public nursery service in fuzhou city development present situation,has chosen three typical universality synergy Gong Gei Xing nursery institution has carried on the detailed case studies,The results of public nurseries in Fuzhou are summarized.Using the SSP performance analysis theory analysis framework and from the public nursery service supply decision-making,operational efficiency,operational synergies with responsibility from four aspects,summed up in fuzhou in public nursery service system of the main problems in the developing,and the advanced experience of nursery development at home and abroad,put forward to improve public nursery service supply mechanism of decision-making,efficient,collaborative,responsibility,Give full play to the role of government,family,market and society,and put forward practical and effective suggestions for the development of collaborative supply of public childcare services in Fuzhou.
