Research On The Optimization Of Nursing Service Supply For Mentally Handicapped Persons

Disabled people,a special group of large number,may be encountered to a different degree of discriminatiorn and injustice in different stages of development.Their intellectual right,their right for education or employment rights may all be difficult to get adequate protection,etc.In order to improve the living conditions of the mentally disabled and help them to integrate into the society,the government began to focus their minds on the service of disabled persons begin from 2007.With the effort of more than 10 years’ development,the Nursery Service inNanjing has also achieved some fruits.However,it is still urgent to study whether the support services provided at this stage can meet the needs of mentally disabled people and alleviate the plight of mentally disabled people.This essay obtains information with the use of literature research method and interview method,and meanwhile uses observation method to understand the behavior habit of mentaly disabted people.With the help of qualitative research methods,found that to the intellectual disabled family there is economic pressure,the trouble to get employment,the pension when old and the tense family relationship.We hope to meet the needs of the employment,pension needs,psychological needs and marriage needs of the mentally disabled through the low-cost fester service to be introduced in.As a public product,the support service needs the government,the supporting institution and the public to bear different supply responsibilities.The government needs to formulate policies and provide financial support to guide the service direction and supervise and evaluate the service.Support institutions shotuld provide specialized services for the mentally disabled;the public should create a harmonious and inclusive social environment,and individuals can provide voluntary services.The supporting institutions mainly provide physical rehabilitation services such as life skills training,employment services and social skills training for the disabled.The service of supporting institutions can effectively improve the life self-care ability and social communication ability of the disabled,and alleviate the femily relationship of mentally handicapped people.But the service charge is higher for mentally disabled family economic pressure,at the same time the supply of enployment services,pension service and dating service still cannot satisfy the needs of people with disabilities and their families intelligence.The lack of policy,the improper operation of the supporting institutions and the deviation of social public perception lead to the insufficient support service.Finally,this paper presents a foster service optimization Suggestions:optimize the related legal policy and the management rules and regulations,to foster service each link,there are laws to regulate operation of fester institutions;Second,optimize the support service team and build a professional service team;Third,to optimize the design of the service,meet the needs of the reality of people with disabilities and their families intelligence,according to different types,different levels of the disabled to provide different kinds of nursing services,and expand services,satisfy the economic needs of persons with disabilities and their families intelligence,employment demand pension demand,psychological comfort requirements and marriage needs.
