Research On The Optimization Of Educational Resource Sharing Mechanism In Fuzhou University Town

The original intention of Fuzhou University City construction is to gather higher education resources,mobilize the educational resources of universities in Fuzhou city and form a joint force through the powerful coordination mechanism of the government,so as to cultivate high-quality talents for the economic and social development of Fuzhou city and Fujian Province.At the same time,due to the institutional mechanism and other reasons,the contradiction between the ownership and use rights of higher education resources is becoming more and more prominent,which to some extent hinders the rapid and healthy development of higher education.To realize the sharing of educational resources,the first step is to improve the sharing mechanism of educational resources.Under the guidance of the concept of sharing,it is necessary to make an in-depth discussion on the sharing mechanism of educational resources in Fuzhou University town,in order to provide useful reference for the realization of educational resources sharing in Fuzhou University town.This study on the development of higher education theory,resource allocation theory,basic public services equalization theory as the instruction,through the form of questionnaire and individual interview,The sharing degree of books and information resources is high,while the sharing degree of laboratory resources,curriculum resources,human resources and other resources is low.On the whole,educational resource sharing in university towns has been promoted in an orderly manner,basic sharing of educational resources in university towns has been preliminarily realized,and the construction of educational resource sharing mechanism in university towns has been attached great importance.However,there are still some problems,such as lack of coordination,lack of synchronization between educational administrative departments and colleges,lack of interaction between colleges and universities,and too narrow audience of educational resources sharing.The main reasons are lack of sharing consciousness,lack of comprehensive sharing platform,Fuzhou University Town Management Committee function weakening coordination mechanism,lack of market participation mechanism and so on.Finally,this study puts forward four aspects of improving the sharing mechanism,optimizing the administrative subject,innovating the sharing mechanism and improving the system guarantee,so as to effectively promote and perfect the sharing mechanism of educational resources in Fuzhou University town,so as to truly realize the sharing of educational resources in Fuzhou University town.
