Red archives are the archives resources with Chinese characteristics,recording the revolutionary struggle led by the CPC and the Chinese people,reflecting the history of the development of the CPC and the history of China’s revolutionary war in the new democratic period.Its unique cultural connotation and historical heritage exude unique value and charm,and is a valuable asset of China.The red archives contain rich educational information.In the process of talent training in colleges and universities,the red archives can play its role in cultivating talents.According to the needs of social development and in combination with the laws of physical and mental development of college students in the new era,the education subject of red archives resources is a purposeful way for college students to recognize the red archives resources and actively internalize the red spirit and red fine traditions in the process of generating emotional resonance through effective education channels,taking the red archives resources as the carrier of education,relying on the corresponding media,and then transforming them into noble behaviors in daily study and life Planned educational practice.Therefore,red archives are of great significance in talent training in colleges and universities.It is very necessary to explore the value of red archives in talent training in colleges and universities.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research innovation and difficulties.The second chapter is an overview and theoretical basis of red archives,which defines the concepts of red archives and talent cultivation in universities,summarizes the characteristics of red archives,and analyzes the theory of archival value and archival pluralism,laying the foundation for this study.The third chapter adopts the method of investigation,selects 42 double-top colleges and universities in China as samples,and through the investigation of the official websites of these schools,analyzes the characteristics of the development of red archives resources and the characteristics of red archives services,and concludes that the development subjects are diverse,the development forms are single,the construction effect and influence are insufficient,the resource services are scattered,the service process is not sustainable,and the user services are insufficient.The fourth chapter discusses the value of red archives in the training of talents in colleges and universities,from the political,cultural and educational aspects,and further analyzes the value of red archives.The fifth chapter is about the realization environment of the red archives in the training of talents in colleges and universities.It discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the realization of the value of the red archives in colleges and universities.The sixth chapter describes the application path of red file resources in the talent training system of colleges and universities.
