In recent years,the economic losses and casualties caused by earthquake disasters are very staggering.How to minimize the economic losses and casualties caused by earthquake disasters is a very important challenge.Therefore,how to deliver relief materials quickly and accurately has become the key to rescue.At the same time,how to systematically plan the location-route scheme of emergency logistics has become the key to reduce the loss caused by earthquake disaster.In this thesis,the significance of multi-objective optimization research on site sitting-route optimization of periodical emergency logistics for earthquake disaster was firstly expounded,and the research status of emergency logistics at home and abroad was reviewed from three aspects: site sitting-route study,equity and road condition.Secondly,from the concept and characteristics of emergency logistics,emergency supplies and other aspects of the relevant theories of emergency logistics were explained,and the earthquake scope of this study was introduced and explained.Then,the present situation and existing problems of earthquake disaster emergency logistics are described,and combined with the research results of predecessors and the actual situation of earthquake disaster,the optimization objectives and factors considered in the modeling of this paper are analyzed,and the genetic algorithm is introduced to solve the multi-objective optimization problem.Then,considering the fairness of material distribution,multiple suppliers and road conditions,this thesis establishes the site-route model of earthquake disaster emergency logistics,and takes the earthquake disaster in Yushu City,Yushu Prefecture,Qinghai Province on April 14,2010 as the background to design an example.Combined with the disaster situation,actual geographic information and road data during the earthquake disaster,Matlab was programmed to solve the problem,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.Finally,according to the different emergency rescue resources possessed by the earthquake disaster at each stage,the experimental research was carried out on the repair of transport roads,which reduced the overall distribution time of emergency materials and improved the distribution efficiency of emergency logistics.The research shows that the thesis takes fairness as the primary premise,starts from different perspectives of emergency supplies,and comprehensively considers the finiteness of emergency supplies and the condition of road transportation.It is helpful to form scientific and efficient distribution center location and transportation route selection scheme quickly and reasonably,and improve the response ability of emergency logistics system.To a certain extent,casualties and economic losses caused by inefficient distribution of emergency supplies have been avoided.
