| Along with our country economy high speed development of the society and the acceleration of urbanization process,the frequent natural disasters emergency to social economy and has brought a greater impact,science and efficiency of emergency management decision put forward higher requirements,the optimization of emergency supplies is one of the important part of emergency management.There are problems such as delayed rescue,inaccurate material scheduling and unfair distribution,which affect the effectiveness of rescue work.In view of the suddenness and destructiveness of disasters,emergency rescue should be fast and accurate to meet the needs of disaster areas and reduce losses caused by disasters.This paper mainly studies the problems of obtaining emergency information and optimizing the allocation of materials in the case of sudden disasters.Taking the "7·20" rainstorm disaster in Zhengzhou,Henan province in 2021 as an example,the feasible solutions are discussed by using data analysis and artificial intelligence methods.Aiming at the problem of information asymmetry after the disaster,this paper analyzes the real-time online help files after the disaster,and extracts the specific location,situation and rescue needs of the disaster-stricken point in time.Type,prioritize distribution and material distribution.Aiming at the distribution of emergency materials under emergencies.Firstly,the Euclidean distance between the disaster-affected point and the distribution point is used as the evaluation standard,and the disaster-affected point is assigned to the distribution point with the closest distance.Secondly,it is considered that the total supply of materials at the distribution point is less than or equal to the total demand of the disaster-stricken points,construct the objective function aiming at the minimum variance of the distribution volume of the distribution point and the demand of the disaster-stricken point,use the genetic algorithm to solve the model.Finally get the distribution point to each disaster-affected point,quantity of material points.Aiming at the path planning problem of emergency material distribution,this paper constructs a mathematical model aiming at the shortest time of emergency material distribution.Firstly,according to the different types of demand of the disaster-affected points,the material distribution path planning is carried out according to the types of materials required,and the material distribution path planning in the case of road damage is also considered.The priority of delivery is reflected through the time window,and the time window is set according to the different priority of help.Finally,the ant colony algorithm is applied into model.The subsequent route is visualized to illustrate the feasibility of the route.The thesis aims at optimizing the allocation of emergency materials under sudden disasters,studies the problems of information acquisition,emergency materials allocation and distribution scheduling,explores solutions under certain constraints,and provides decision support for the formulation of emergency rescue plans. |
