Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision In Z County

The work of discipline inspection and supervision is an important part and basic work of discipline inspection and supervision,and the important source for the discipline inspection and supervision organs to obtain the clues of problems is the complaint reporting,which is an important part of the work of discipline inspection and supervision.Under the new situation of anti-corruption,discipline inspection and supervision organs play an irreplaceable important role,and township discipline inspection commissions,as the forefront of the anti-corruption struggle,decide the direction of the case when dealing with letters and visits,thus affecting the degree of public trust in government departments.Especially for Z County,which has a large number of township letters and visits in recent years,it is particularly important to deal with township discipline inspection and supervision letters and visits.This paper takes the discipline inspection,supervision and petition work as the research direction,based on the theory of strict Party governance,power supervision theory and citizen participation theory,takes the discipline inspection and petition work of township in Z County as a case,and analyzes the development of the discipline inspection and petition work of township in Z county by using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.So as to realize the effective promotion of discipline inspection,supervision and petition work.It is found that the discipline inspection and supervision organs of township in Z County have taken a series of measures and achieved certain results,but at the same time,some problems have been exposed.For example,the non-visiting rate and the visiting rate of village cadres are at a high level,the case handling capacity is insufficient,and the township discipline inspection and supervision institutions are not working smoothly.In order to make the discipline inspection,supervision and petition work really play an important role in connecting with the masses and supervising and guaranteeing,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on strengthening the discipline inspection,supervision and petition work in Z county from three aspects: optimizing publicity and education,improving the operation mechanism and guaranteeing,and improving the construction of cadre team.
