Research On The Balanced Development Of Urban And Rural Education In The Compulsory Education Stage In Qingda

In order to ensure the rejuvenation and development of the nation,the prosperity of education is indispensable.As the most basic universal national education,compulsory education affects the basic quality of the whole nation.It is the basis for individuals to go to society.It determines the future of a country and a nation,and is a key concern of the Party and the state.Therefore,in recent years,"the balanced development of compulsory education" has become a hot topic in various fields.However,the balanced development of compulsory education is affected by multiple factors,including basic financial expenses,equipment and resources for compulsory education,and the quantity and quality of teachers also play an important role.Therefore,it is the key to realize the balanced development of compulsory education to discuss the current situation of the balanced development of compulsory education and analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problems.Taking Qingdao City of Shandong Province as an example,this study analyzes the current situation of promoting the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Qingdao City of Shandong Province through content analysis,literature research method,investigation method,comparative analysis method and so on,and makes an in-depth analysis of the gaps in all aspects.Combined with regional characteristics and on the basis of the current situation,this paper studies the practical problems in promoting the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Qingdao and the causes of the problems,which are specifically reflected in the urban and rural school-running conditions,teacher resource allocation and teaching quality.Then on the basis of learning from domestic and foreign relevant experience,put forward the improvement of the current situation,continue to promote the relevant countermeasures.Specifically,this work is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction.The second part is the definition of concept and theoretical basis.The third part investigates and analyzes the current situation of the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Qingdao.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the balanced development of urban and rural areas in Qingdao.The fifth part studies the countermeasures of balanced urban and rural development in the compulsory education stage of Qingdao.The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper and the prospect of countermeasures for further research.
