| The policy of entrance to the nearby is an important policy to promote the fairness of compulsory education,and the internal requirement of democratic fairness of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This not only reflects the people’s desire for education equity,but also shows the importance and care of the state to education equity.The policy of nearby entrance to school solves the problem of hard entrance to a large extent,especially the problem of children accompanying migrant workers and rural students.But this does not mean that the policy of entrance to the nearest school can solve the fairness problem faced by compulsory education at present.Because the policy of nearby entrance does not involve the allocation of educational resources,it is unfair to implement the policy of Nearby Enrollment on this premise,and it will also cause new methods of school selection that will hurt the education fairness,for example,choosing school by housing is a new way of selecting schools for the strong groups of society.The policy of entrance to the school nearby is an important policy to guarantee the equal right to compulsory education for children and adolescents of the right to compulsory education according to law.Only from the policy itself,it promotes the fair access of children and adolescents of the right age,but in essence,it can not directly promote the fairness of compulsory education,and in the compulsory education stage,the implementation of the policy of nearby admission also brings a series of problems that harm the education equity.This paper confirms the positive significance of the policy of near entrance in compulsory education stage by consulting the literature and comparing the changes before and after the implementation of the policy.At the same time,the paper analyzes the problems that hurt the education fairness caused by the policy itself.It is suggested that the policy should be further improved and finally put forward its own suggestions. |
