Research On The Practical Logic Of The Common Prosperity Of Farmers And Rural Areas

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further incorporated “achieving common prosperity for all people” into the essential requirement of Chinese path to modernization.In the new era,with the changes in major social contradictions,the focus of China’s unbalanced and inadequate development and the weak points of common prosperity are all focused on rural areas.Therefore,achieving the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is the key to solving major social contradictions and achieving common prosperity for all people.Based on this,this article,guided by the relevant theories of Marxism on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,deeply analyzes the practical problems that still exist in the current practice of common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,and in the face of the major social contradictions that have been transformed,proposes practical paths to promote the integration of urban and rural development and stimulate the endogenous development momentum of rural areas,with a view to promoting substantive progress in the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.First of all,this article starts from the concept of common prosperity,combines the characteristics of China’s national conditions to grasp the connotation and characteristics of the concept of the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,and clarifies the feasibility of practical research to promote common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.Secondly,based on the important exposition of Marxism on the thought of common prosperity and the main position of farmers,as well as the theory of urban-rural relations,this article explains the theoretical basis for promoting common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,providing theoretical guidance and for practical exploration of promoting common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.Thirdly,this article analyzes the principal relationship of the “trinity” of farmers,government,and social forces in promoting the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,as well as the internal and external driving forces for promoting practice.Based on the current situation of the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,this paper deeply analyzes the challenges faced in the process of promoting common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.Based on the above research,this article proposes: First,based on the goal of high-quality development,starting from adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the CPC and improving the income distribution system,adhere to and improve the top-level design of the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas;Second,we must promote the comprehensive and high-quality integrated development of urban and rural areas in economic,social,and cultural aspects,and achieve the goal of “leading rural areas with cities and promoting agriculture with industry”;Third,we need to build a modern agricultural industrial system,implement talent revitalization,and improve the rural governance system,so as to stimulate the endogenous development momentum in rural areas,provide material support,talent support,and environmental support for the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,and promote the early realization of the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.
