Research On The Path To Achieve Common Prosperity For Farmers And Rural Area

Peasants are the main body of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,rural development is the touchstone to test the level of national social development,and rural agriculture is the frontier for China to establish a modern economic system and achieve common prosperity.In Yunnan Province,rural agriculture plays an important role in economic and social development.The basic reasons for the underdevelopment of rural agriculture in Yunnan are that the quality and efficiency of rural agricultural products are not high,the market mechanism for agricultural products is not perfect,the level of scale operation is low,and the growth of collective economy is weak,thus resulting in a large income gap between urban and rural residents.To break through these difficulties,we should take increasing farmers’ income as the starting point,firmly grasp the two main lines of household agricultural operating income and collective income,constantly improve the total household income,and lay a solid material foundation for the realization of common prosperity.The research methods used in this paper are social investigation and contradiction analysis.Through field research,we can grasp the real situation of rural development of typical rural farmers in Yunnan Province,and further understand the income structure of farmers and the key points that hinder the rise of farmers’ income.By using the method of contradiction analysis,this paper analyzes the main reasons that hinder the increase of rural residents’ income,and breaks through the main contradiction points,thus providing a practical plan for farmers and rural areas in Yunnan Province to achieve common prosperity.The basic proposition of this paper is: to achieve common prosperity in rural areas,farmers must strengthen the foundation of increasing income.To this end,on the one hand,we should expand the income in agricultural operation,start from reducing costs,to increase the volume and quality of farm produce,and stabilize price expectations by financial means.On the other hand,we should continue to strengthen the collective economy.As an important source of family income,the collective economy can provide a strong impetus for the realization of common prosperity.The development of the collective economy depends on the support of talents,the organizational form of the collective and the development quality of the collective business subject.At the same time,we should continue to reduce the income gap between urban and rural residents by strengthening the overall planning of the county.Only from three aspects can we firmly stabilize the "basic plate" of farmers and rural areas,and accelerate the realization of common prosperity of farmers and rural areas on the road of Chinese path to modernization.
