Theoretical And Practical Research On The Integrated Development Of Urban And Rural Areas In The New Era From The Perspective Of Marx And Engels’ Urban-Rural Relations Theory

Urban-rural integration is the inevitable trend and ultimate goal of the development of urban-rural relations.Entering the new era,relations between the city and countryside of our country appeared the historical turn point,realized the city and countryside overall plan to city and countryside integration transformation.The historical evolution of urban and rural relations puts forward higher requirements for urban and rural integration development in the new era.How to grasp the law of development of urban and rural relations,how to interpret the essential connotation of urban and rural integration in the new era,and how to clearly promote the significant significance and practical path of urban and rural integration development have become theoretical and practical problems to be solved.Based on this,this paper,guided by Marx and Engels’ theory of urban-rural relations,faces the proposition of the evolution of urban-rural relations,and explores the road of urban-rural integrated development in the new era with the aim of realizing the common prosperity of urban and rural areas.First of all,it systematically discusses the main content of Marx and Engels’ urban and rural relations theory.Starting from the original context,this paper expounds that Marx and Engels criticized and inherited Fourier and Owen’s assumption of future social urban-rural relations and Smith and Ricardo’s perspective of political economy in analyzing urban-rural relations under the background of industrial Revolution,and uses the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to make a profound analysis of the historical stage of the development of urban-rural relations.This paper points out the direct and fundamental cause of the separation and opposition between urban and rural areas,dialectic-ally analyzes the important influence of the product of this particular historical stage,and clarifies the historical inevitability of the integration of urban and rural relations.On this basis,this paper discusses the prerequisite conditions and specific paths for the integration of urban and rural relations,which together constitute the complete system of Marx and Engels’ urban-rural relations theory.Secondly,it illustrates the logic of urban and rural integrated development in the new era.This paper reviews the historical process of the evolution of urban-rural relations since the founding of New China,clarifies the historical logic of urban-rural integration in the new era,thus grasping the law of the development of urban-rural relations and the fundamental value of the CPC Central Committee leading the development of urban-rural relations.Based on the background of the new era,it clarifies the realistic logic and significance of the integrated development of urban and rural areas in the new era from the evolution of urban and rural relations,changes in the major social contradictions,and common prosperity.On this basis,it interprets the essential connotation of urban and rural integration from the perspective of "community",and explains the development concept of urban and rural integration and mutual promotion in the new era and the development process of constantly narrowing the urban-rural gap.Thirdly,the author analyzes the problems in the process of urban and rural integration and the reasons.In the new era,China has made important deployment in the coordination of urban and rural relations,the urban and rural economic and social development has made great progress,but because the urban and rural dual structure has not been completely broken,coupled with the historical gap between urban and rural development,urban and rural integration in the process of factors flow poor,low degree of industrial integration,residents income gap still exist.Finally,it puts forward the practice path of urban and rural integrated development in the new era.On the basis of the above research,this paper starts from four dimensions of promoting the two-way flow of urban and rural factors,promoting the integration and complementarity of urban and rural industries,promoting the equalization of basic public services and constantly improving the income distribution system,and explores the practical path of urban-rural integrated development in the new era.
