Research On The Current Situation And Improvement Path Of Young Pioneers Counselors’ Political Literacy

As children’s ideological and political educators,the coach of young pioneers are the backbone of the work of the Young Pioneers and the implementers of political enlightenment and value shaping for kids.Their main responsibility is to speak well of "child-oriented" politics and transmit the Party’s ideas and communist beliefs to children.The political literacy level of the counselors rapidly impact of the efficacy of ideological and political education for children.This is about whether children can grow up to fulfill the outlook of the party and the country.Therefore,it is of outstanding pragmatic and theoretical significance to research into the status quo of political literacy of Young Pioneers tutor and the methods to amend them for the robust development of children’s ideology and the implementation of the educational goals of the Party and the country.This thesis firstly provides a theoretical analysis on the status quo of political literacy of Young Pioneers tutor and the reforming path,and takes this as the logical starting point to compile a questionnaire to check into the status quo of political literacy of Young Pioneers tutor,and finally come up with the amendment path of political literacy of Young Pioneers counselors according to relevant problems and reasons analysis combined with relevant theories.The paper is divided into the following parts:The first part is mostly the introduction and participant theoretical study.The introduction basically explains the study intention,meaning,status quo,methods and other contents of this paper,so as to clarify the research premise of this paper.Relevant theoretical research mainly summarizes and analyzes academic papers and works related to political literacy,speeches of previous leaders,national policy documents and interviews of 12 Young Pioneers counselors and experts through literature research and interview.By combining theoretical research,policy orientation and practical application,the implication of political literacy of Young pioneers tutors,six dimensions of political ideal and faith,political attitude,political morality,political style,political theoretical knowledge and political ability and their corresponding content indexes are clarified.The second part mostly depicts the study tools and research targets of this study in specific,analyzes the status quo and affecting elements of the political literacy of Young pioneers counselors from six dimensions such as political ideals and beliefs by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and sums up the actual problems and causes in the improvement of the political literacy of Young Pioneers tutors.The third part,based on the analysis results of above results and integrate the theoretical basis and realistic demand,raises the method of utilizing the political literacy of the Young Pioneers tutors,including the measure of utilizing the top-level project,growing fund investment,strengthening the discipline construction and other social aspects,and the measure of utilizing the management system,utilizing the cultivating mechanism and other school aspects.In addition,it aims to enhance the awareness of independent learning,strengthen practical exercise,pursue selfimprovement and other paths at the personal level of the counselors,so as to form the joint efforts of the society,the school and the tutors,and collectively facilitate the entirety of political literacy of the Young Pioneers counselors.
