Study On Construction Of Intelligent Community In Bao Tou City

The general secretary of xi jin ping pointed out:The people’s aspiration for a better life is our goal.Community is the main place of People’s Daily life.How to build community is the concentrated embodiment of people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.How to improve the quality of community construction and how to rely on the achievements of modern advanced technology revolution to become the direction of community construction in the new era.In recent years,with the development and application of advanced information technology concept,such as Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,digital economy,etc.,has greatly promoted the process of the construction of smart community in various regions.The concept of urban smart community has been integrated into People’s Daily life,while greatly improved community governance efficiency,promote the transformation of our country from traditional communities to new urban smart community.It plays a vital role in social governance and improving people’s living standards.At present,on the basis of the original top-level design,the urban smart community in B City is constantly improving.It integrates 20 various convenient and intelligent service projects,promotes the construction of 30 pilot communities,actively explores the new mode of "smart pension",and establishes 2 smart pension communities to realize the health management,information collection and accurate service for the elderly in the community.Build a community governance platform of "one database and seven systems" and a community grid event handling system to realize the precision of community governance with grid as the unit.Based on the theory of community governance and the theory of new public management,this paper proposes that the construction of urban smart community should adopt the mode of "Internet + community governance" and establish an integrated community service platform to realize the integrated management of smart property management,government service,housekeeping service and medical service,so as to make the community management safer,smarter and more convenient for the masses.In the early stage of the paper,through a large number of literature review,visiting and investigation,the construction of urban smart community in Bao tou city was explored on the spot,further sorted out the achievements and characteristics of the construction process of urban smart community in Bao tou city,and comprehensively sorted out some aspects that need to be improved in the construction process from the aspects of mechanism,system,top-level design,construction concept and implementation efficiency.At the present stage,there are still problems in the construction of urban smart community in B city,such as imperfect data sharing mechanism,imperfect talent training structure,low participation of residents and social organizations,and delayed updating.It is proposed that a series of measures should be taken to continuously consolidate top-level design,improve information sharing,strengthen talent team construction,strengthen publicity and fund guarantee.To further improve the intelligent construction of urban smart community to provide solutions,in order to promote the innovative development of community governance model.
