Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Smart Community Construction In Chengdu City

With the continuous progress of social civilization and the development of high technology,people’s concept of urban governance has also been renewed.The new generation of information technology has become the global focus in the new urbanization governance,such as big data,Internet of Things,Web 2.0,cloud computing and other technologies.As one of the basic construction units of a smart city,the concepts related to smart earth and smart city are directly reflected in the process of smart community construction.Overall,a smart community is an intelligent and convenient information system based on large-scale intelligent information processing,using advanced technological information technology to effectively integrate community management needs,security services,medical and educational services,amenity services and network communications to ensure that residents live conveniently,work efficiently,and feel safe and comfortable.Smart community is a digital-based and ultimately humanized community management model that can provide a better living environment for residents and make them feel happier.The implementation of smart communities has proven to greatly promote the level of public services and is of great significance to the construction of service-oriented government,which can help the government strengthen social management,promote administrative reform,improve administrative efficiency and achieve a win-win situation for all partiesAs the first mentioned place of "Park City",with the construction of "Smart Chengdu",Chengdu has made certain actions and initiatives in the construction of smart communities in recent years,and is actively exploring new methods and new ways of digital and intelligent governance.Thesis is mainly based on "theoretical research-current situation analysis-finding problems-analyzing reasons-countermeasures",makes a detailed study and analysis of the current stages of the smart communities in Chengdu and the current main practices,through investigation,analysis and interview,combine theoretical research with empirical research to find problems: first,the government-led system is imperfect;The second is the basic service function of the community is incomplete,and the residents’ awareness is not enough;The third is the lack of relevant talents;Fourth,the phenomenon of "information island" is serious.Aimed at the problems in the construction and development of smart communities in Chengdu,thesis combines with theoretical research and analysis to find out the reasons behind and put forward corresponding solutions,hoping to provide successful experience and replicable promotion path for the rapid and steady promotion of smart community construction in Chengdu,create a more convenient and comfortable modern living environment for residents,and also provide reference for other cities in China to carry out "smart community" pilot construction.
