A Research On The Construction Of Baibuting Smart Community In Wuhan

With the development of urbanization and information technology in China,big data,Internet of things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other information technologies are gradually integrated into urban community life,and the concept of smart community emerges.Smart community is the product of modern urban development and transformation,and its construction is a long-term and complex work.This paper takes Baibuting community as the research object,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,under the guidance of the new public management and technology governance theory,summarizes the construction achievements of Baibuting smart community: Baibuting community uses the community housekeeper app,love community app,micro neighborhood app,reflecting the diversity and convenience of the construction of smart community.The study found that there are many problems in Baibuting smart community,such as repeated construction,disordered imbalance,unknown integration into residents’ life,low level of wisdom,heavy burden on the community,weak emergency protection construction,and analyzed the causes of the problems.From four aspects,the paper puts forward specific suggestions: to control the construction direction,we should strengthen the top-level design and establish the leading unit;to combine the demands of residents,we should do a good job in supply and demand docking and increase equipment investment;to make good use of the joint efforts,we should activate the community economy,build a collaborative network and adjust the political and social relations;to improve emergency protection,we should eliminate potential safety hazards,improve emergency construction,etc.In the construction of Baibuting,there are not only common problems in the construction of smart community,but also special problems of its own.The research results of this paper are not only helpful to solve the existing problems of Intelligent Community Construction in Baibuting,but also have some reference significance for other intelligent community construction.
