Design And Implementation Of Mobile Lawyer Service Platform Based On Smart Community

With the continuous development of society,citizens’ legal awareness is increasing and the demand for legal services is growing.Community lawyer system as a new innovation is serving the grassroots people,many cities have promoted the community lawyer system,and the grassroots community lawyer service has a very large growth momentum.At present,there are a series of difficulties in the community lawyer service system.Residents do not actively participate in the service work of community lawyers,the community lawyers work with insufficient lawyer power,community lawyers for legal services are too single,the lack of long-term mechanism and so on.In order to improve the community lawyer system,this dissertation constructs a cell phone lawyer service platform based on smart community through the integration of "Internet+" and community lawyers,and further promotes the depth and breadth of the community lawyer system.The main work and innovation points of this dissertation are as follows:(1)This dissertation analyzes the theories of community lawyer service and determines the development requirements for the background and current situation of the topic,and from the perspective of the user role of the platform,it designs the resident side used by the resident users,the lawyer side used by the community lawyers,and the management side used by the community lawyer management staff.The key technologies used for system development were studied,focusing on the system development model,service-oriented technology and Spring framework,which laid a good foundation for the construction of the lawyer service platform.(2)In addition to the platform basic settings and personal information management functions.The lawyer side realizes the functions of the residents’ side,such as lecture,recommendation of legal articles,legal popularization,reservation and consultation service.On the residents’ side,we have realized the functions of community lawyer lecture,legal recommendation,legal popularization,reservation and consultation service,etc.On the lawyers’ side,we have realized the functions of reply consultation service,lecture management,information management and service report,etc.On the management side,we have realized the functions of authority management,report management and function management.We also tested the running environment,functions and performance of the platform.The platform will be better applied to the community lawyer system to realize the refined management of the community lawyer system.(3)This dissertation proposes a new recommendation algorithm TFLCRA(Time Function and Law Content Recommendation Algorithm)that integrates time function and law content,which models user interest from multiple perspectives,and at the same time considers the real-time nature of user interest,and adjusts the long and short-term The algorithm models user interests from multiple perspectives,while considering the real-time nature of user interests,and adjusts the long-and short-term user interest weights by the time function.Users can easily obtain valuable information,avoid information overload,and also meet users’ demand for legal content timeliness,so that the public can actively learn legal knowledge,which can better promote the legal work at the grassroots level and develop in the direction of community harmonization and legalization.
