Children are the future of the country and the hope of the nation,and they are the newcomers of the times who will grow up to be responsible for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Primary school is a crucial period for the ideological enlightenment of young pioneers,and it is the most important time for them to gain an initial understanding of political ideas and develop their political identity.Pioneer activity classes are an significant route to cultivate the values of the pioneers,and the cultivation of the political identity of the pioneers is strengthened by conducting activity classes such as learning,understanding the knowledge of the party team and revisiting the history of the Chinese revolution.This study uses questionnaire method,interviewing and case study method to study the problems related to the cultivation of political identity in the Pioneer Corps activity course from the perspectives of pioneers and pioneer counselors in seven primary schools in city C,to summarize the problems and causes,and to draw the real sample of cultivating political identity in the Pioneer Corps activity course.According to the author’s investigation and research,the following problems were found: the political cognition of the pioneers is not deep and the actual participation action is low;the implementation of the pioneer activities course hours is not in place;the content of the pioneer activities course is not carried out in depth,the form of presentation is not sufficient,the use of resources is not diversified;the evaluation system of the pioneers is not mature.Finally,the causes of the problem are analyzed in depth.In response to the analysis of the problems and causes,the author proposes the optimization strategy of cultivating political identity of the pioneers in the elementary school pioneer squad activity course.Specifically,it includes: taking political identity cultivation as a foothold,updating the concept of the Pioneer Corps activity course;taking political identity cultivation as an entry point,improving the professionalism of Pioneer Corps counselors;taking political identity cultivation as a starting point,promoting the process of Pioneer Corps activities;taking political identity cultivation as a focus point,broadening the ways of the Pioneer Corps activity course.The solution strategy proposed in this study enriches and expands the content and form of the Pioneer Corps activity course,thus being able to enhance the political identity of the pioneers from multiple perspectives and in all aspects,and to a certain extent provides a reference for the pioneer corps counselors to carry out the Pioneer Corps activity course.
