| With the development of society,the requirement of modern society for human beings’comprehensive quality is getting higher and higher,and it emphasizes integrated development of individuals.Primary school will lay a solid foundation for the whole life,because it is not only the initial stage of individual education,but a crucial period of the development of individual cognition,emotion,and value as well.Meanwhile,primary school stage plays an important role in students’ moral development,character shaping,and development of comprehensive ability.As an important form of school moral education and Young Pioneer activity,theme squadron activity plays an important role in the development of students’ ideological character.As a result,studying the effect of implementing theme squadron activity is of practical significance on promoting school moral education and the educational result of Young Pioneer activity.The study focused on the mainline that Chinese Young Pioneer organized activities to educate people,combining the research methods of literature and survey.It started at the establishment of Children’s League of Anyuan in 1924,and reviewed different historical missions during the evolution process of Young Pioneer Organization.In addition,the study combined different historical stages of Young Pioneer Organization and the relevant historical functions.The historical stages were divided into three periods which were germination period,establishment and development period,and reform and perfecting stage.The study reviewed the development of each period which was centered on two aspects.They are ’goal of the organization’ and ’main task’,which paved the way for the historical missions of Young Pioneer Organization.At the same time,with the coming of the new era,Young Pioneer education was facing ’internal and external’ challenges.In terms of the external challenges,the influx of western ideological trend not only made the value of contemporary children diversified,but also led to the deficiency of spiritual belief.Although contemporary education reform constantly improved the school education,however,it decreased the original strengths of Young Pioneer education.It has become a difficult problem of Young Pioneer Organization education in the new era.Within the Young Pioneer Organization,potential crisis gradually appeared.In the process of implementing Young Pioneer activity,it was impossible to avoid various kinds of weaknesses,which also set certain obstacles for Young Pioneer education.The study chose one Primary School in Shanghai as the research object,which mainly aimed at judging whether the squadron members in the survey changed during the period of volunteer service.The study was implemented through questionnaires,and it lasted one year.In order to judge whether the members changed during the volunteer service and observe the effect of this service after one stage of volunteer service theme activity,the author examined and analyzed three aspects involving the members’ attitudes towards volunteer service(cognitive level,emotional level,and behavioral level),motivation,and individual basic information.Combining with practical experience,the author put forward suggestions from three perspectives to promote the squadron theme activity.Firstly,the key to organizing and scheming squadron theme activity is enriching the content and deepening the theme.Secondly,the content of organizing and scheming squadron theme activity is innovating the form and becoming voluntary.Thirdly,the goal of organizing and scheming squadron theme activity is deepening the squadron construction and revealing the feature. |
