| The Young Pioneers position is a place of activity for children and teenagers,and is the basic form and important way for Young Pioneers organizations to influence the education of children and adolescents.The Young Pioneers position serves the healthy growth and all-round development of children and young people,and plays a very important role in the entire work of the Young Pioneers.The problems of time and space restrictions,weak position construction,and low utilization rate of the Young Pioneers in traditional schools have affected the effectiveness of Young Pioneer education,objectively weakened the organizational cohesion of the Young Pioneers and lowered the sense of honor of Young Pioneers,and was not conducive to creating a politically clear,ideologically advanced,united,fraternal,lively and progressive growth environment for children and teenagers.With the comprehensive strengthening of the work of the Young Pioneers in the new era,the construction of the Young Pioneers’ positions has also attracted more and more attention.At present,the basic organization of the Young Pioneers is in schools,and how to build the Young Pioneers positions outside the school in accordance with the trend of the development of the Young Pioneers’ socialized positions while consolidating the main positions of the schools and running the positions with the characteristics of the Young Pioneers is a problem that needs in-depth consideration in the construction of the Young Pioneers positions in schools.In this regard,this paper combines the literature method,observation method,interview method and content analysis method,takes Shenzhen T Primary School as the research object to carry out investigation and research,and examines and reflects on the construction of the Young Pioneer position with the help of the school’s experience and shortcomings in the construction of the Young Pioneers position.In terms of research structure,the full text is divided into five parts.The introduction and the first part provide a conceptual interpretation of the Young Pioneer position and the construction of the Young Pioneer position,believing that the Young Pioneer position is the place or platform where the Young Pioneers organize and carry out the work of the Young Pioneers,implement the activities of the Young Pioneers,serve the Young Pioneers,and can have an educational impact on the Young Pioneers.The construction of the Young Pioneers position refers to the Young Pioneers organization,Young Pioneers counselors and Young Pioneers as the main body,centering on organizational education,independent education and practical education,managing or creating activity venues or platforms used by members who can reflect the Young Pioneers culture,so that they are full of vitality,lead ideological and political education,and can unite,cohesive,motivate and serve the growth and development of Young Pioneers.Therefore,the second part of this paper focuses on the three points of position culture construction,position environment construction and position activity construction,and investigates and studies the main position of the T Primary School,the exclusive position of the Young Pioneers and the construction of the socialized position.In the third part,it is found that the effective experience of the Young Pioneers position construction of T Primary School lies in: First,campus culture promotes the construction of the Young Pioneer position,that is,creating a campus cultural landscape to improve the environmental quality of the position,and carrying out a variety of cultural and sports activities to enliven the Young Pioneers position.Second,adhere to ideological and political guidance and use positions to serve the growth of team members.Third,integrate resources to develop out-of-school positions,and promote the construction of socialized positions to optimize the environment for children’s development.In the process of Young Pioneers position construction in T Primary School,there are also the following problems: First,the level of position construction is uneven,which is mainly manifested in the weak attraction of the Young Pioneer team room,the homogeneity of content and form in the squadron corner,and the weak construction of new media network position.Second,the construction of positions in the school lacks vitality,the autonomy of the team members has not been fully exerted,the center of gravity of position construction is unbalanced,and the environment and landscape of the Young Pioneers’ positions are not rich enough.Third,there is a lack of strong support for the construction of off-campus positions,such as the difficulty of ensuring the normalization of community positions and the lack of work guarantees in the construction of community positions.In the last part,this paper puts forward three suggestions: deeply cultivating the main position of the campus,building the activity position of children and developing the optimization of the social position of the Young Pioneers,aiming at the existing problems in the construction of the Young Pioneers position of T Primary School,hoping that the above suggestions can help the development of the position construction of the Young Pioneers of T Primary School. |
