In the context of the continuous rapid development of China’s economy,electronic information and mobile Internet technology are also following the pace of take-off.With the continuous growth of mobile network users in my country,more and more users are keen to use mobile terminals such as smartphones to process various tasks.affairs.The specific performance in the field of government services is that the traditional e-government industry has been unable to meet the growing needs of the general public,which also makes the government and relevant departments that provide public services continue to study the innovative model of mobile government services,making it easier for the public to use government APPs to handle government affairs.The new trend of government services in the new era.Following government affairs Weibo and government affairs We Chat,government affairs APPs have the characteristics of being convenient to use and not limited by time and space,so that the public can enjoy government services anytime,anywhere.Therefore,although the government affairs APP is a relatively new government service model,it has been widely welcomed by the public once it is launched.Looking back on the "13th Five-Year Plan" period just passed,the development of my country’s mobile government affairs has achieved significant results.The policy environment for mobile government affairs has been continuously optimized,the capacity of online government affairs services has been gradually strengthened,the integration,development and utilization of government affairs information resources have been further promoted,and the people’s satisfaction with government affairs services has also been increasing.During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,in view of the development of mobile government affairs,efforts should be made to improve the overall efficiency of government affairs construction.Therefore,the government needs to use APP-like models and means to actively perform its own service functions,thereby promoting the continuous development and improvement of mobile government affairs.In view of this,based on the current research results of domestic and foreign scholars and combined with the TAM model,this study selected perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived trust,interest,perceived quality,security,and perceived cost as the explanatory variables of this study.,use satisfaction as the explained variable,collect data through a questionnaire survey on the "Suihaoban" government affairs APP in Guangzhou,and use structural equation model to empirically test the government affairs APP-the framework of the influencing factors of public use satisfaction of Suihaoban.The study found that:perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived trust,perceived quality,and sense of security would significantly and positively affect the user satisfaction of "Suihaoban",and perceived cost was significantly negatively correlated with user satisfaction,while fun It is significantly negatively correlated with the satisfaction of use.Since it is contrary to the original hypothesis,this variable is deleted in the revised model.Finally,according to the research results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of improving the public’s perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived trust,perceived quality,and sense of security in using government APPs,and reducing perceived costs.
