Research On Influencing Factors Of Public Satisfaction With E-government APP Based On Tam Model

E-government APP is the latest achievement of mobile government,which has increasingly been paid more and more attention from the public for its mobility and convenience.In addition to the slogan of "Internet + government service" put forward in2016,local governments have started to implement the construction of e-government APP.Different from government micro-blog and government WeChat,E-government APP acts as the provider of government services,the supervisor of information disclosure and the bridge of interaction between government and public.The research on the influencing factors of the public satisfaction of e-government APP is conducive to the continuous improvement quality of e-government APP in China.Although the construction of e-government APP in China has achieved some achievements in recent years,there are some problems in the process of serving the public in terms of user attention,functional services,operation management and user experience.As a new way of government governance,the service object of e-government APP is the general public.The use and acceptance of e-government APP by the public are the criteria to judge the success or failure of e-government APP.Therefore,this research analyzes the influencing factors of the public satisfaction with e-government APP,so that the e-government APP can serve the public better.This research is based on the domestic and foreign literature review.According to the user service status of e-government APP in China,this research analyzed the factors influencing the satisfaction of the use of e-government APP by the public in China.On the basis of the technical acceptance model,this research combines the theory of planned behavior,the theory of user satisfaction and the theory of trust,and finally determines the theoretical analysis model.This research selected six variables including perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived trust,perceived security,perceived behavior control and perceived service quality,and then the research hypotheses were proposed.Empirical research was conducted by means of questionnaire survey.The conclusions were drawn: perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived security,perceived behavior control and perceived service quality had a significant positive impact on the public satisfaction with e-government APP,while perceived trust had no significant impact.Finally,according to the research conclusions,some suggestions are put forward to improve the public satisfaction of using e-government APP in China.
