With the increasing development of electronic computers and the continuous expansion of the scope of wireless networks,the public obtains more relevant information and services through mobile intelligent terminals,resulting in m obile government.Although the number of government APPs is increasing today,this kind of government service mode and technology is not mature.There are some problems,such as focusing on form rather than actual effect,unable to use function,poor use experience,divorced from the needs of the masses,single promotion mode and so on,which need our attention.Today,with the development and construction of government APP in all parts of China,the study of various reasons affecting users’ satisfaction with the use of software will help to provide development suggestions for the follow-up development and construction of government APP,explore the future development path of government APP,improve the service quality of local government APPlication,and provide decision-making basis for local government APPlication construction.Firstly,this study carries out a literature review of government app and user satisfaction model,takes the more classic ACSI as the user satisfaction evaluation model,takes the comments of government app of major software stores as the text data,establishes the LDA model to obtain the theme,improves the ACSI model index system,and obtains a complete index system of influencing factors of user satisfaction.The questionnaire items are designed with reference to the indicators,and the structural equation model is established.According to the analysis of the model results,the factors affecting the user experience are obtained.The study found that the test of the model confirmed most of the previous assumptions.Perceived quality has a positive impact on user satisfaction,while perceived value also has a positive impact on user satisfaction,user expectation also has a positive impact on perceived quality,perceived quality also has a positive impact on perceived value,while user expectation has a negative impact on user satisfaction.Only user expectation will not have a significant impact on perceived value,It may be because users’ expectations continue to improve with the emergence of a large number of government apps,but the government app platform itself can not meet the needs of users to save costs and work efficiently,resulting in low perceived value.In addition,user satisfaction will also have a positive impact on user loyalty and government image,and government image will also have a positive impact on user loyalty.Then,according to the research results,this thesis puts forward practical suggestions for the development and construction of government app.In the later construction of government app,the government needs to pay more attention to the user expectation to find the difference between the user expectation and the perception in reality,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of government app,make more efforts in the degree of user participation and service efficiency,and improve the service attitude,timeliness and efficiency of government workers,Build a good image of service-oriented government,etc.
