With the rapid development of society,people’s living and economic standards have been raised to a new level,and interest demands are constantly changing,resulting in new social contradictions.In addition,the complexity,group and pertinence of petition work have brought unprecedented pressure and challenges to the grassroots petition work.The Grassroots letters and visits are the basis of our letters and visits system,which represents the mainstream and current situation of our country,and is an important channel for the masses to express their demands,political participation and rights relief.With the development of the Internet and the arrival of the 5G era,the way of online letters and visits based on e-government has gradually become an important development directio.The emergence of E-government for letters and visits has overcome the drawbacks of traditional ways to some extent,and optimized the channels of letters and visits.However,at the grassroots level,due to economic,educational,environmental and other factors,still difficulties in the promotion and use of petition e-government at the grassroots level.Therefore,by analyzing the factors affecting the satisfaction of the petition e-government,this paper hopes to provide optimization ideas for the grassroots petition governance to some extent.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the satisfaction of petition e-government in Y County by combing the relevant domestic and foreign documents and combining the current situation of the use of petition e-government at the grassroots level.Based on the Unified throry of acceptance and use of technology model,completed the model construction of the influencing factors of the satisfaction of the letter and visit e-government,citing the digital governance theory,the user satisfaction theory,the theory of planned behavior and the trust theory.The study selected six variables,including performance expectancy,effort expectancy,social influence,perceived behavior control,perceived trust and perceived service quality,and put forward relevant research hypotheses.The empirical research is carried out through the method of questionnaire analysis,and the questionnaire data is analyzed by SPSS software.The research conclusion is that performance expectancy,effort expectancy,perceived behavior control,perceived trust and perceived service quality have a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of petition e-government,while the social influence variable has no significant impact.Finally,according to the research conclusion,summarize the problems and reasons that affect the satisfaction of E-government of letters and visits in Y County,and propose countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of E-government of letters and visits in Y County. |
