Research On Supply Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Sports Facilities In Ordos City

With the continuous development of economic and social development,the state has introduced a number of policies aimed at promoting the rapid development of sports.In addition,under the profound influence of modern sports and health concept,citizens are more and more willing to participate in fitness activities,and actively pursue diversified,personalized and higher quality sports and fitness services.The demand for public sports facilities has also shown an explosive growth.Therefore,improving the supply system of public sports facilities to meet the growing sports demand of the masses in sports facilities,sports activities,sports organizations,sports guidance,etc.,puts forward more accurate and higher requirements to the relevant government departments.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of Needs theory,public goods theory and new public service theory,this thesis collected 526 questionnaires covering problems,distribution,current situation,satisfaction and utilization rate of public sports facilities,etc.,to obtain a wide range of first-hand data,combined with interviews,field research and other research methods.Master the present situation of public sports facilities supply.It is concluded that there are problems in the supply of public sports facilities in Ordos City,such as imperfect system construction,mismatch between supply and demand of facilities,high damage rate and untimely maintenance of public sports facilities,imperfect service system of public sports facilities,etc.Furthermore,it is analyzed that the Ordos Municipal government pays insufficient attention to public sports facilities,the relevant management system is not perfect,"light management of reconstruction",the management mode is single,the social sports instructors play a weak role,and the level of intelligent management is low,which lead to these problems.At the same time,integrated sports industry experts,the masses,grassroots sports workers and other aspects of the opinions and suggestions.Based on the above analysis,it is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the sense of service,take the lead of the government,establish a diversified supply mode,provide diversified and targeted public sports facilities supply,form a scientific sports facilities planning system,strengthen the maintenance and management of public sports facilities,strengthen the support for social sports instructors,increase capital investment,and develop smart sports.Perfecting the management and maintenance system of public sports facilities and a series of suggestions to optimize the supply of public sports facilities in Ordos City.Finally,the conclusion is summarized and the future research direction is prospected.The research of this thesis is conducive to better meet the basic sports needs of the masses,further improve the supply of public sports facilities,to cultivate and develop sports social organizations,promote the development of national economy to lay a solid foundation,and accelerate the construction of sports power.
