Research On The Supply Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Sports Facilities In R Cit

Sports is the product of social development.The vigorous development of sports activities marks the progress of mankind.Sports is not only related to people’s health,but also closely related to our happy life.With more and more residents engaged in sports activities,it is a new challenge for the government and sports management departments to provide more scientific and reasonable sports facilities resources to meet people’s needs for various types of sports activities.In recent years,R City has continued to improve the public sports service system.However,with the improvement of people’s health awareness,the public’s demand for public sports services,especially sports facilities,is also increasing.Coupled with the impact of the epidemic on the opening of sports facilities in recent years,the problems in the supply of public sports facilities in R City are increasingly obvious.It is the responsibility of governments at all levels to allocate sports facilities resources scientifically and ensure their adequate and efficient supply.Based on the theory of public goods and the theory of new public service,this paper expounds the basis and principle of the supply of public sports facilities.In order to obtain the data needed for the research,questionnaire survey was used as a research tool to distribute 500 questionnaires to residents of 2 districts and 2 counties of R City,and 438 copies were effectively recovered.The current supply information of sports facilities in R City was mastered to provide data support for the research.After data collation,problems in the supply of R City were analyzed.The unstructured interview method was used to interview sports officials,residents and business leaders in R City,etc.,combining with relevant theories,the causes of the problems were discussed.In the countermeasure part,the practical experience of government officials,sports industry experts and residents is summarized,and the theoretical suggestions of public management experts are referred to,and the countermeasures are put forward to help the efficient supply of public sports facilities.The paper argues that there are some problems in the supply of R city in ensuring the attributes of public services,the effectiveness of supply and the guarantee of financial supply.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of the government’s public service concept,supply mechanism,insufficient participation of supply subjects,insufficient interaction between the government and the public demand expression,etc.On this basis,the paper proposes to improve the supply efficiency of public sports facilities in R City.It is necessary to set up a scientific supply system from four aspects: implementing supply with the target of public demand,transforming government functions,perfecting supply mechanism and participating in supply with multiple subjects.
